I had a payment returned NSF, that was for sure by fault for depositing too late, but ever since that payment in Aug, getting back on track has been a nightmare. They were supposed to just draw two payments the following pay date but it never pulled. I called to ask why and they said they forgot to activate my acct again or something due to the NSF and we then scheduled 3 payments to be pulled to make me current. Well when those payments were to be pulled, 5 payments tried to pull. The one for 2 and the new one for 3. Only the 2 was honored by my bank but again I was told I had NSF items and my acct was in jeopardy of getting dropped due to this. I called again, we came up at this point to pull 4 payments to make me current up until 10/1. This arrangement was made two weeks prior to this due date. I get another email saying that pymt was retuned NSF as well. I check with my bank, there is plenty of money there but there is no history of it ever being presented and returned. I call Rockwell to verify bank info, it is correct. she places me on hold to check RAM part of it. Turns out they did not reactivate my account again with RAM but it shows up as an NSF. Today, Oct 3 I rescheduled the last 4 pymts, making me current up until 10/1/19. Let's hope that's it.

My honest experience has been beyond great! It doesn't matter who I speak with on the phone, I get the same friendly, compassionate, respectful, sincere customer service. Today I spoke with Shawn, (I hope I spelled his name correctly) he was helpful and reassuring, he put my mind at ease, wonderful person!! Dealing with financial hardships and nasty creditors that don't care at all but getting their money is VERY STRESSFUL AND HEARTBREAKING, but your group really, really helps ease all that nastiness, your group are real down to earth caring people, I can't express that enough!! Wonderful!!

My experience with Rockwell Legal Group was positive from beginning to end. They were prompt with returning any phone calls or concerns and my settlements were dealt with in a timely manner. I would recommend Rockwell to anyone desiring to finally paying off credit debt without success due to increasing interest rates. It is so nice to finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

I had hi hopes for Rockwell Legal but it seems like all they want is your money, they promise representation if need but provided none.
They don't communicate with you.
We got a summons, we sent it to them as requested, no action, so we called them and all they say is there looking into it, all you then get is an automated email that makes no sense. They failed to send representation, or reach out to the plaintiff.
Honestly, I can ruin my credit, and get judgments without paying Rockwell Legal to watch.
So far very unhappy with them.
Think twice before believing their sales pitch.

I didn't expect my score to drop WAY down before RLG took action. Of course they waited until they had their monies before they began settling my debts. After a several of on time payments miraculously I was offered a loan to cover all settlements as they are made. I was told it would take about six months. it took nearly six months before they started resulting in a credit score drop from mid 600's to low 500's.
They are making quick settlements now through a loan company that obviously has ties to RLG.

I'm incredibly upset and frustrated reading all of these comments. I've had the same experience most of these reviewers have had. Don't be fooled by the one line comments and 5 star reviews. Companies like these are classic for paying someone to add reviews on sites like these. No context means it's likely a fake review.
I TOO have gotten ripped off by Rockwell Legal Group. If you are doing your due diligence and making a determination on whether or not Rockwell is a reputable service that will help you, the answer is NO. In fact, HELL NO. This is a COMPLETE scam.
I've been paying $1000/month for over a year now. Less than $250 of that is being reserved to settle on my accounts. I've now been served TWICE. Once just yesterday by a creditor they knew was most important to tackle ASAP. With the first creditor who served me, I ended up having to deal with that matter entirely by myself (debt settlement, payments, and court) although I paid Rockwell over a year to do what they promised including represent me...IN COURT! Never happened! Months after the ordeal with that creditor, they STILL were charging me for the account that I had to take over on my own. SCAM.....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
Do NOT give them your money. I will be filing a claim with The Better Business Bureau immediately after I submit this review.

Whenever I call Rockwell, the customer service is always great, and I am appreciative of that!
I saw something recently about how I'm supposed to have a monthly call with someone at Rockwell to assess my progress, etc, etc. Aside from the initial calls at the beginning of the program, I've not had much follow-up at all. It would be cool to have at least a monthly e-mail from a consistent point-of-contact.

The overall rating is based upon my experience in the last year. The b-ball was dropped on my account multiple times. Now, having cancelled after paying in over $3,500 I am told the most i can get refunded is $1,518.29.
Mind you, not a SINGLE cent went to any of the creditors and I did approve the payments for one specifically. I had to get a letter to file with the local court as I also was summoned to appear for being sued.
Received an apology and then delayed my payment for a month. All of a sudden getting calls and letters from creditors. I chose at that point to discontinue service because I can’t make the payments. I am filing bankruptcy. So now I am out $3,500 that maybe would have prevented some of this issue.
Desperate to pay my attorney I agree to take the $1,518.29. After a huge run around and multiple calls, I finally was told by Eddie C that my check would come in a few days. 4 days later i did finally get the initial payment. The other check never came. Multiple calls in and found that it was not even being processed. I had already signed an agreement and sent it back and it was on file. I had to record two or three acceptance recordings over the phone. All dealings with Eddie C have been catastrophic. Luckily that last two agents I spoke with, a few days ago and today, have at least saved the reputation of what I was beginning to think was a legal scam agency.
These two agents went out of the road to try and resolve the issue! Kudos to them. The issue is though... still having to wait on Eddie C to finalize everything. So here I am... waiting again. Glad this is not life support... I would have died and been resuscitated 3 times now.
Honestly not all the blame falls on Eddie C. I think he inherited it from another agent(s) that have done squat on my account in 11 months.
Just has not been a very pleasant experience. I did NOT want to file bankruptcy and here I am... trying to avoid it MINUS $3,500.
Please do give kind regards to the last two agents I spoke to though. They went above and beyond to try and resolve and were highly professional and polite!!
