If I could give a negative -100% That's how I feel about these crooks ! My email doesn't exsist anymore ! I was charged for $33 per year and had so much trouble accessing it. The take over really sucked. I dealt with it for 3 years. Missed my job , my kids school updates, doctors appointments. Rock.com is now crooks who don't deliver and customer service is of no help. I was still charged for the 4th year without access to my email. I had to call my bank for a refund. YOUR PAGE DOESN'T ROCK. IT KICKS ROCKS !!!!

completely agree, changed my email without notification a month after I renewed and there seems to be no way to recess your account. Crooks do not get involved with these con artists!!!!

I was one of many affected by email transition. Shut account down early without notification. Never got account working right after transition. Cost my company thousands. Ask repeatedly for help or refund for remaining time I had to pre pay for just to be ignored. I can say the worst because in my opinion they have no customer service at all. Internet crooks, they take your money change your account so you cannot access and then are never heard from again despite conti efforts. Crooks bottom line

Ordered shirt and learned standard shipping was nearly $8 added another shirt for shipping to make sense. Received shipping confirmation for both items. Then later received notification they had sold me a short they didn’t have. Refused to refund purchase.

I ordered a size small crop t shirt and when on I received my order I got a long wide shirt labeled "small". I've emailed website 3 times to get correct size or money back..no reply!! Really bad customer service and waste of money!!

I don't know what these other people are complaining about. I just got a shipment of 6 t-shirts all on sale for around $9 each. One t-shirt had a seam issue, big hole, emailed co. got a reply back right away, and now getting a replacement without having to send the other one back.This was all resolved within an hour. Great customer service! Nice t-shirts!!!

Ordered a shirt on 4/2/18, and have still not received. Sent numerous emails and no response. Sent complaint to better business bureau. They delete all their comments on instagram, probably because so many people go on and ask where their orders are! Do NOT order from here! Scam scam scam

I've purchased many items from rock.com for myself and for my 11 year old twin boys who are getting into music more this past year. Never had any issues with finding what I wanted and shipping was fast. Prices are reasonable but coupons via email help a lot.

Read previous review titled "International buyers beware ". I will take this opportunity to add additional comments. This Co does not believe in customer service, they use lies to achieve one thing,get your money. when things go wrong as they did with me because they sent the wrong size and used their arsenal of lies to prevent them from doing the right thing which was simply to replace the t/shirt at their expense, instead they choose to use the cheap method of "The best line of defense is attack ". Last but not least is quality of the t/shirt material which to say the least is cheap and nasty, a $5 dollar item at best. Their reply to my first review was simply them trying to placate me in order for them to look good on Trust Pilot. Pathetic.BUY FROM THIS CO AT YOUR PERIL.

I have ordered from Rock.com in the past and everything went smoothly, I would have given a 5, except this last purchase, a gift for christmas purchased on 12/8, never arrived, and still hasn't arrived as of 1/3. Since I like Rock.com and they are responsive, I a happy to give them another opportunity for my business, although I have been told I can't ask about a missing parcel until one month after purchase.
