Robb Vices is a SCAM. ROBB VICES IS A SCAM COMPANY. They try to block the customers that give the honest bad reviews. They continue to charge even after cancellation. Scam Robb Vices is not a good company.

My wife gave a prepaid year of boxes for a Father’s Day present. Almost 2 months since the last box despite calls and their reassurance. First box was cheap playing cards and a poor Bluetooth speaker. Save your money and skip the slick marketing you will be glad you did

I’ve really enjoyed being a member since joining. I’ve always liked subscription boxes, so I get a few of these but this is definitely my favorite. They don’t have a central theme besides luxury, hard to find goods that sometimes I didn’t even know existed. I’ve gotten the box as gift for family and friends too and people love it - highly recommend for the person that has everything.

Box never arrived. Emailed customer service who said that the box would ship after Memorial Day because people travel on that holiday. What??? Still no box for May and we’re almost at the end of June. Emailed customer service again. Now they’re MIA with no response.

Some hits and some misses as far as curation. To be expected I suppose.
Timing of delivery is probably the most frustrating thing. It's March 26th with a few days left in the month and have yet to receive my March box. I feel the dates continually slip.
Had a few instances of missing items. Overall, customer service has been solid however.

I love the concept of Robb Vices and have enjoyed the majority of boxes...once they have finally arrived. I have had 2 main problems:
1) Regularly delayed / late boxes, where I need to reach out to support to ask what the deal is. Many "monthly" boxes have come in the subsequent month and I have had to reach out for context, rather than RV proactively sharing with me / customers.
2) Most recently, having to reach out in 3 back to back months asking why I was not receiving boxes, as the team repeatedly did not restart my account, despite me paying to start my subscription over again. This resulted in countless emails in long email threads, needing to reach out to ask why I was not receiving my box, why my account was not re-enabled despite my payment and update to account to restart subscription.
Overall, the customer experience has been very poor. I am close to cancelling my service and changing from recommending to friends to sign up to RV, to instead advising against RV.

I have had the absolute worst customer experience out of any subscription service used in the past few years. It's been over six months and have not been reimbursed for a month they never delivered. Getting a hold of any human representative is near impossible. Only one month was delivered on the month it was supposed to be, and it was just constant excuses of why they couldn't deliver a package in a month time frame. I do not recommend this business despite them having interesting products.

I look forward every month to receiving my Robb Vices box. They usually contain a fabulous mix of outstanding products that are unusual, high quality, and of great interest to me. However, sometimes, I feel let down when the box contains only one item or products that don't interest me (which is rare.) I wonder the price to value ratio, now that the price and shipping costs have increased. To be honest, just when I'm thinking of canceling I receive another incredible box and stay in. Some of the boxes have been truly extraordinary, and I have discovered many terrific products I would not have otherwise.

I enjoy Robb Vices. Most of the boxes are things that have been very enjoyable. Some of them haven’t piqued my interest as much as others but over the lifespan than I’ve been receiving them that’s to be expected. And those I usually give out as presents. So overall pretty happy

I have been a Robb Vices member from the beginning and even after two years, I still get excited every time a new box arrives. Each box is thoughtfully curated, often with high-end gadgets and or delicious drinks. Some of my favorite items/brands have been discovered from these boxes- the honey whiskey cakes from the Brooklyn Baking Barons, wines from Groth estates, headphones from Master and Dynamic, a champagne sabre from Georg Jensen. There is always something new and trendy with a feel of luxury. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Omg, The experience from hell. They billed my credit card around April 20 for a three month subscription I have as of yet received my May box. They have several different emails this company is impossible to communicate with you can’t ever get anyone on the phone.
It was the biggest waste of time and money and energy! Run don’t walk from this company!

I have been a member for almost two solid years and up until a few months ago very happy with my curated selections. I have been overlooking lackluster boxes for a while now without complaint until February when I received no notification my box did not ship on time and I found out on social media what the box contained. I had to send an email to customer service to find out why my box had not shipped. They had not made an attempt to contact me prior to my inquiry. I felt that was poor service. It ended up being a problem on the shippers end to ship alcohol content boxes through fed ex. I was asked to change my shipping address to UPS for when they ship alcoholic boxes and for when they don’t I will have to change my address to Fed Ex for all others. Also I had to pay $5.00 to pick up the alcoholic box from UPS. Not very expensive I understand but without sounding petty this should have been paid by the shipper. My first year with Robb Vices was flawless. I am not sure why boxes have been shipping late and they’re communication has gone down.

5 stars for the customer service. The customer service is email only, and it may take a day or two to get a response, but you WILL get one and they really are very good.
The one deducted star was because about a third of the boxes typically are not my style at all (but it's a subscription box...it's not going to please everyone all of the time). But overall I really enjoy this box and do get value and enjoyment out of it. It's the most expensive subscription I have, and it's my most anticipated box.
I have really liked being introduced to some incredibly cool companies (like Stelle). I'd prefer less tea, and more awesome stuff like the skull tumblers (which are totally awesome).

I have been a member of Robb Vices from very early on. Their team is very communicative and willing to address any questions or issues regarding the boxes. I find the contents of each box to be unique and very much view as a gift to myself. In most cases it is my first experience with a brand and/or product. My only concerns are that I perceive the value of each box has decreased from value of the early boxes, and that some items seem to become repetitious. All in all I continue to recommend this offering and will continue to do so.

I enjoy the subscription but boxes are often delayed and sometimes skip months at a time. A few of the boxes were total duds including, particularly, the saber box and the turn table box. The turntable box is still sitting in the box in my garage. I could not even give it away. Some of the boxes are awesome like the box that had the knives in them from last summer. The coffee box had the potential to be great but included items (columbe cans) that have been available in supermarkets and walmart for years. The box before the champagne box had no discernable theme with a shoe cleaner kit seemingly just thrown in. I have high hopes for the boxes but some are just total let downs. The bright spot is that customer service is very responsive and actually seem to care which has kept me a member despite several disappointments.

This used to be a great box, then they went down hill fast. They gotten a little better and plateaued at mediocre. Although it’s not great, I keep my sub because it something for my husband and I to share together.
It really bothers me that they charge for another box before the last one has shipped. They need to start shipping sooner in the month (like they used to). And they wait until everyone is fuming mad before they send out any communication... if they communicate at all. A few months I didn’t receive the booklet.
In the end I like most of the boxes and I’m not currently considering dropping it, but I’d be embarrassed to recommend it to a friend.
Also wish they’d have spoilers or hints for the upcoming box.
