Today their site is showing to be gone.
They actually did what they were being paid to do on two phone claims earlier this year, slower than expected but did get Phones. On last claim the experience was different, wanted deposit, never on earlier claims. Paid the $200, then they said they were returning it and sent me another invoice to pay, I did not pay, also waited nearly a month for $200 to be put back on my card but after no response my chat, email nor return call from left VM I contacted my card company before 30 days came up about it. They also invoices for a $10 higher rate on my monthly than usual a week after the 3rd claim, I did not feel comfortable paying due to the unexplained increased. Also they sent me to a local company for screen repair instead of sending new phone, which would be fine even though I had already paid the $200. On arrival at local place on date and time they emailed me, the company told me they did not work with RMG and did not even have the needed screen on hand. The same day or next I get an email that they canceled my account “per my request”. I didn’t but anyway, they still owe me a repair or replacement phone. They obviously were approving the claim for a repair or would have not emailed about that and where to go. This is not the way to run a company as others have stated. Any advise or action for clients to receive what we paid them in good faith for would be appreciated.

You accuse me of being a liar!
Well your company is the liar! You never addressed the fact that I sent you a registered letter to the P.O. Box that you gave me to cancel my service and you never picked it up and accepted receipt of it!
You also never addressed the fact that my A/C was down! I live in Hot Florida, I am a senior citizen and needed to get this fixed quickly, after repeated cry's for help on this issue and no response from you, I paid to have it fixed myself!
I have found it impossible to get through to you via phone or email!
So what kind of service is that!
It is time for you to tell the truth! That your company is a scam!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I had insurance on my daughters cell phone through them, and when I tried to cancel the account via email, they told me I had to call to cancel. I called several times on different days only to be left on hold for 15 min each time and then pushed to voicemail. I then sent a certified letter to them which they ignored and withdrew the monthly pymt for this month out of my account anyways. So, today I sent them another email asking why and telling them not to withdrawal money from my account again, and 2 hrs later I got a phone call from my credit union that they attempted to take $1,000 from my account. When that didnt go through, they attempted $500, and when that didnt work, they did $100 and got it. I now have to dispute through the credit union and wait to be refunded. 😡
If u are ever looking for cell phone insurance, beware of this company!!!!!

Every bad review of this company is 100% completely truthful!!!! The fake reviews by either employees or friends or family of employees are very, very obvious!!! This company is 100% SCAM!!! They DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS BY ANY WILDEST STRETCH OF THE IMAGINATION!!! They will attempt to use your bank account as if it's their very own, randomly attempting to withdraw funds without letting you know when or why! I'm talking about $200, $500 & $1000! Which of course, can seriously hurt anyone economically. They do not send any type of invoice, telling you that they believe you owe them these additional funds, until AFTER you inquire as to why they either took or attempted to take funds. If you don't ask, they won't say anything to you. No legitimate company operates in this way!!! No legitimate company answers their phones, perhaps 5% of the time. Also, a legitimate company will call you back after leaving messages, emails, opening "tickets" on their so called, "help desk". When you open a ticket using their sites "help-desk", the response you will receive, if any at all, is, "your ticket has been closed. We hope it's been resolved to your satisfaction." That's it! No addressing of the situation, no mention of what resolution was made, no assistance whatsoever!!! Now, how could anyone think of that as a company that respects their clients? Then for them to keep calling their clients liars (if you do business with this company, you will find out for yourself!) Is comical!!! THEY are the ones committing defamation by calling their clients liars, as THEY are the ones lying!! I hope that every customer files complaints with BBB, also don't forget to inform law enforcement in your area. Yes, these scams are illegal, companies cannot charge for services they refuse to provide, for example, approving a claim, especially if you have proof, by any representative of their company, that claim was approved, then they refuse to follow through with fulfilling that claim, regardless of whatever excuse they attempt afterwards, is fraudulent behavior and should be prosecuted as such. Have no doubt, they are completely aware of the fraudulent actions they are engaging in, they are doing so, willfully and purposefully, in order to defraud you of as much money as you will let them get away with. They're not gonna honor any claim! They simply "approve" a claim, to keep you baited, to continue to drain your account, because they have 60 days to approve or deny. They know that as soon as you file a claim, the clock is ticking! Because, of course if they deny it, after a week or two, you'll cancel with them. So they wait as long as they can. If they "approve" the claim, they'll come up with countless reasons for why it's taking so long to fulfill it. Regardless if it's approved or denied, their complete and sudden refusal to remain in contact with you, when previously it wasn't an issue, is enough to frustrate anyone, which they are counting on, in order to intimidate you, attempt to make you believe that you defamed then, when you truthfully expressed your opinion and gave accurate accounts of the events which lead up to your dissatisfaction. That's not defamation! This is in order to hit your account for that final, big payment of whatever they can get, commonly using their unenforceable defamation clause as an excuse. Again, defamation is UNTRUE rumor spreading! So, DO NOT let them scare you into not voicing your opinion or sharing your experience! Also, they cannot access your bank accounts to withdraw funds after they or you have terminated your account with them. They are required to submit to you a bill, of which you can consider as to when your able to make payment within a due date, if they provide one. They cannot cause undue hardship to you financially by randomly withdrawing the last of your funds without previously notifying you, allowing you the option of making arrangements. Only a fraudulent company would operate in this way, they are dependent upon complacent consumers who think they are powerless to do anything about it, perhaps believing that their fine print is enforceable, regardless if it goes against their constitutional rights, such as "free speech". (Your NOT allowed to defame someone, ie;spread what you know to be false information, such as when rmggroup publicly calls someone a liar, when they know they are not lying and that they, rmggroup, are in fact lying. That is defamation! Free speech is an opinion or reporting of actual events, facts and should not be confused with defamation of which rmggroup uses as an attempt to keep quiet their fraudulent companys behavior. DON'T LET THEM INTIMIDATE YOU!!) Keep in mind, once account is terminated, that ends all business agreements previously made, such as ach funds. Any entrance into your banking activities is then unauthorized and is criminal behavior. Would you let just anyone withdraw $1000 from your account, just because they don't like you telling others what they've done to you? You can be sued for calling someone names that are untruthful to their character, such as when rmggroup calls any previous customer a liar when they voiced their opinion, which rmggroup encouraged their customers to voice, publicly. Rmggroup's behavior is fraudulent and should be prosecuted as such. There are so many unsatisfied clients who's complaints are very similar that they will be taken seriously, we as consumers simply need to defend ourselves against these fraudulent companies, shame them, let everyone know about them. Their "defamation" clause is not something that can be held up in court, as there are too many similar complaints, which is evidence of their truthfulness and rmggroups attempts to intimidate former clients, which rmggroup is not legally allowed to do, especially to the elderly! (Lady in Florida, with A.C, I hope you sued the bejesus outta this company, if not, hopefully, they'll be forced to make restitution to you soon, as that is my intent. They should be made liable to all customers they have defrauded! Lets help each other by filing our complaints with our local law officials who will hopefully realize that this fraud which imitates a type of insurance, and collects funds electronically, across multiple state lines, constitutes federal offenses and rmggroup should be held to federal laws which protect consumers from fraudulent companies such as rmggroup. Truthful accusations are not defamation and no court would uphold American citizens not being able to voice their opinions regarding shameful fraudulent companies, such as rmggroup. Only way scammers will stop is if we, as a community, band together and file enough charges with law enforcement, BBB and any other organizations anyone else can think of, until they are forced to shut down their scam and are held accountable and liable!!!

Customer Service is Horrible. The worst I have ever had to deal with. You sit on hold for 15 minutes and then you leave a voicemail for a return call. I have called over 40 times in the last 4 days allowing the timer to expire for my 15 minute hold and no one ever answers the phone. I have left 4 voice mails, one every day for the last 4 days and I'm totally sick of it. They charged my credit card for $200 as a security deposit until I return my old phone because it has a cracked screen and they are replacing the phone. The problem is that they told us they were going to overnight the phone to us. It has been 8 days and still no phone. You can not contact them by phone or any other way of communication. You leave messages and they never call you back. They do not provide you with any information besides a receipt of where they charge your credit card. There is no tracking number and no way of knowing if they have mailed it or not. I'm totally sick of wasting my time with them. When I'm done with this I'm putting in a BBB complaint and maybe then they will call me. Buyer beware..... I guess you get what you pay for. They seem good until you have a claim and then they disappear off the face of the planet.

If I could give this company a zero rating I would. Got this policy in Feb. 2019. July 4, 2019 my husbands phone quit working. We contacted them and got instructions on filing a claim. Filled out all required information and sent it in electronically. Over a week went by and did not hear anything. Contacted RMG and was told that the claim was approved and that I should be getting an email. Waited another week and still nothing. Contacted them again and was told that it got lost in their system. Again I was told that I would get an email. Never got it. I have called and chatted on their website numerous times and asked about my claim and they always had an excuse as to why I was still waiting. Fast forward to August 8th I finally got an email stating the claim had been approved and they would be charging my account a $200 deposit and the new phone was being sent out overnight and to be on the lookout for a shipping confirmation. On August 9th they charged me the $200 deposit. On August 14th I still had not heard from RMG, so once again I contacted them. Was told that I needed to agree to the terms and conditions before it would be processed. I replied telling them that I did not receive anything stating that I was supposed to agree to anything. He informed me that he would resend the email. I received an email but all the links in it just took me back to the company website. I then replied to the email asking where I was supposed to get the agreement to agree to it and never received any reply. August 17th we still had not heard from them so my husband opened a ticket on their website letting them know that we are now 6 weeks into this claim and still nothing. He gave them until August 20th to make this right or we would be filing reports with the proper authorities. The same day I got an email stating that the ticket had been closed with no reply. Then I got a text message on my phone stating that my account had been cancelled. I tried to reply to the text but it did not go through. I did go in and reply to the email letting them know that this was unacceptable and that I wanted my money back or the phone replaced. I never got any reply to that but they did put the $200 back into my bank account on August 20th. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this company is nothing but a rip off.

I have updated the claim site, asking for an update, I have been trying to contact RMG @ 866-585-5033 multiple times in the past 48 hours but after 15 min on hold, the call get disconnected.
I am not really satisfied with the service provided.

Easy to enroll and great rates. Wish the $5 per device fee was stated up front. Just signed up so I don't know how easy it is to file a claim but a local cell phone repair shop recommended RMG.

As soon I signed up, the initial fee was charged then after my bank calls me to inform that RMG group was attempting to charge $5000 and again for $2000. I called RMG to inform of the fraud and said they have no idea what happen and didn't seem worried. I cancelled my subscription immediately.

This is a follow up to your response. The fact that it is March and I had claims since December and you are still SLANDERING me about my faulse claims is completely offensive.
Number one the income loss was claim was complete BS. I never falsifed documents and asked to see what exactly it was and nobody could ever answer that. Not only that but i put in for income loss the same time I did not know if I would be on paid or unpaid disability. I explained that. But I was being dishonest?
The so called fraudulent device was cleared up. You guys after accusing me of doing all this fraud only had to ask me. But after the yelling, calling me names; only later you found out that I had 2 of the same samsung phones which was a promotion they ran with buy one get one free. But we had to argue and then it was approved.
But then why after it was approved I still don't have my device.
Anyone looking at this; I would not reocmmend it. I just ended up paying the deductible and going with a compeitor and got my device no hassle the next day.
I would never waste my time with the company and the unprofessional way the treat their customers. You still owe me a phone by the way!

Be very careful with this company, It does seem like a scam. I initially thought that the deal was too good to be true. I was right.
I signed up for their multi device deal. Their website is confusing. I then got an email to register my devices which I did, 3 of them. I never got a confirmation of the devices.Just an email saying the devices are register. Thought it was odd, but I didnt follow up.
So this week one of our phones was stolen, and when I tried to file a claim they said that I only had one phone registered. I know for a fact I registered all 3 of them at the same time. And I was being charged for the mutlidevice plan. They claimed that my invoices would show what phones were registered. That makes sense, if I had ever gotten an invoice. Never did!
Anyway long story, but moral of it - Use a different company. Learn from my mistake.

I was skeptical at first about signing up but am very glad that I did. My wife and I got new Galaxy S9's over the holidays and signed up for the insurance from the RMG group. At $10 a month (military discount) for 5 devices, it was too good to pass up. This past weekend, I slipped and cracked the screen on my S9. I submitted a claim and within 48 hrs had the screen repaired. The repair was $295 + tax so it was well worth it for me. They gave me a choice of a replacement phone or repair but as such my phone was less than 3 months old, I opted for the repair.
