can not get anyone to ever answer or return an email about my order, guess ill be requesting a dispute with my credit card company

I ONLY GAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE I HAVE A BUSINESS AND UNDERSTAND THAT EVERY PERSON HAS A DIFFERENT INTERACTION WITH COMPANIES BE IT GOOD OR BAD AND EVERY INTERACTION IS DIFFERENT

I placed my order on February 28, 2019. Today is April 1, 2019 and I have yet to have anyone answer the phone or reply to my voice mail messages. This is terrible costumer service. I will also be looking for my refund.

I contacted RJL shortly after 5:00 p.m. their time, to inquire about my order. Apparently there was some slight mixup, but Rich said he would check it out and get back to me the next day. It was less than an hour later that I received an email from him. He informed me the product would be delivered within the next 48 hours. The order arrived at my door before noon the following morning. I was very impressed with the fact that Rich worked into the evening taking care of business and communicated throughout the process; I never had to chase him down looking for answers.
This was the best customer service experience I can remember.

I ordered an item from them and it arrived less than a week later. I called them to ask what the status was and they said it was just delivered. It was at my front door! The customer service rep was very nice and helpful!

I ordered an envelope feeder on Dec 5 and have yet to receive, however my credit card was charged in my December billing cycle. I've made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, telephone and I've even tweeted them as of today and haven't received a response. The Contact Us options on the site don't appear to be functioning either. I'm almost at my wits end with my only recourse at this point is to dispute the charge --- very frustrated!
Update -- after writing this message I was contacted by a representative from rjl who is attempting to rectify my situation.

I purchased some electronic equipment for my company. RJL filled the order fast and item arrived faster than I thought. They did a fraud verification call to ensure the purchase was legitimate, which I appreciated, and the staff was friendly. I will do business with them again!

I worked with Rich, who went above and beyond to help us place and receive our order. He shared personal updates all the way up through the delivery of the order. It was our first time purchasing from RJL Technologies, and he helped us find a protective case for our product which wasn't even offered on their website. He was able to secure the cases from the distributor and provide shipping at a discounted rate. Rich even took the time to share tracking information, while undergoing an evacuation from Hurricane Irma in Florida. We will definitely return to Rich and RJL Technologies for any specialty equipment needs. They offered the best price available for the product we needed and what turned out to be superior customer service. September 2017.

After 3 weeks of waiting for my product I decided to e-mail them to see where my item was. I did not receive a response after 2 days. I then called. I was told that my product was in stock but did not ship and he did not know why. What I did get promptly was the invoice and paid it immediately. Very poor service

This company is very helpful and responsive to its customers. I had placed an order back in May, the product was unavailable at the time, they checked with the manufacturer multiple times for me so that I would have the tracking information and the delivery date, I have yet to receive the package, it is due to be delivered Friday. But all in all, it was a pleasure working with this company
Edit: received my package today right on time. I would definitely purchase from this suplier again. 10/10

The product information when you order is not always accurate. Sometimes orders ship directly from manufacturers, but there is no way for a customer to know that before you place an order. In fact, even when the order is marked in stock, it was my experience that in can actually be out of stock, and not ship in the originally-specified 1-2 days.
When confronted about this discrepancy after not receiving an order for weeks, there was no accountability, ownership, or acknowledgement of the oversight. Just a flippant "your choices are to wait for the shipment (couldn't even offer an ETA), or cancel. What do you want to do?"
Subsequent conversations with the owner were professional and civil, but they still denied that the product was ever marked in-stock to begin with, despite my specific experience to the contrary.
Even if an item is out of stock (and you somehow miss that during ordering, or it is incorrectly marked during checkout) there is no order-specific notification or email to inform the customer "hey, your specific order was out of stock, be aware that delayed shipping will apply to your order." You're left to rely on a canned, generic, applies-to-any-and-all-orders message of "any out of stock order, if placed, may require additional time to ship."
How this strategy is viewed as sufficient and appropriate customer communication with regards to order status is rather baffling, especially given the otherwise diligent communication by management after a customer service issue is brought up.
I eventually received my order, and management was accommodating once this all became an issue, but they still seem to want to standby their existing system and order notifications that got them needlessly in this position to begin with, so I can't in good faith recommend ordering through this vendor if you are absolutely depending on items within a certain deadline.

Richard provided top notch customer service! He went above and beyond the call of duty to insure my special "Santa" item was received by Christmas. I couldn't have asked for any better. Great follow through and follow up from beginning to end. Wish all companies operated in this manner.

I bought a laptop from RJL on 3.28.2017. Waited too long to have it shipped, so I called to cancel. The person on the phone said that they don't ship to residential addresses and that my order hadn't even been processed. In addition, my order had been flagged for fraud which it was not. If it was "flagged for fraud" why was I not informed and why was my order not immediately canceled and the money immediately returned? Also, I have no idea why it was "flagged for fraud". I hope that if a person actually DOES use a fraudulent card, that the company has the audacity to actually contact the CC or banking company to inform the CC holder. Never will do business again and highly discourage anyone else from using RJL.

I would definitely order from them again! I ordered a replacement Otterbox Defender shield stand for my IPAD and the part that moves to prop it up wasn't locked in on one end. I contacted them and they diligently worked with Otterbox to get a replacement shipped to me quickly! They were fantastic! No charge, no fuss - excellent service! I am a happy customer!

Richard Logis was prompt, direct, knowledgeable, and courteous with our emergency order last week...our first order we placed with RJL. I was hesitant to work with a new vendor, but after working with Richard and feeling confident he knew exactly the product I was looking for and that we'd get it in the timeframe we needed, we placed the order. His follow up - sending tracking notifications without asking even! - was impeccable! I wish all of our vendor-partners operated this way! 10 stars!

I had a great experience working with this group. We had an urgent need on a project to get 8 WIFI APs, we had a very tight budget. I did a google search for vendors with the WIFI AP model and this group came up as being the cheapest. Who said you pay what you get? This cliche did not apply with this group. They knew their product, advised me on alternative solutions that did the same operation, and same capabilities. Purchased their recommendation, received the items quickly, and all items work as expected without issues to report. Thanks to Omar and Rich for your assistance on this.

Ordered 3 Elo Monitors, 2nd Day Air and needed to get them in a hurry. Chat popped up on screen and it was Ashley... had a quick chat and she said she would see that the order was processed ASAP. They were shipped within the hour. The next day I followed up for tracking info and Dallas quickly provided the data - awesome customer service! Keep it up guys!

I found RJL through a Google search and contacted the company to inquire about ordering 100 motherboards of a specific, difficult to locate type. Not only was RJL able to put together the quote, they gave me a better price than I was able to find elsewhere. They also found a great deal on high-end network interface cards that are specific to our application, and got the best price for us as well.
