Abrupt No Customer Focus.
My Dentist referred me to these and four weeks after the referral, I had heard nothing so I call them. In a strained tone, the lady told me that they had left a voicemail (two weeks!) after receiving the referral, I did not receive the voice mail. this was now two weeks later and they had made no further effort in that second two weeks to contact me. ..
There were a series of poor and duplicate communications after that mostly delivered in a poor tone but I proceeded with the appointment assuming that it was just admin that was the problem.
I arrived 10 min before my anointment, filled out the forms and waited 35 mins, 25 mins after my appointment time. During this time nobody, admin or consultants, addressed the delayed timing, offered me water or acknowledged my existence on the premises. I walked up to the reception desk and nicely told the lady that I wished to cancel my appointment. Surprised, she asked then would she go and check. I declined this offer, I informed her that I would go somewhere that appreciated my business. They charge approx €200 an hour for this level of service and this may be linked to the delay and lack of care for the paying customer.
