Rightstufanime is my Go-to manga shop. There are no physical or online stores in my country to buy manga from so I always use Rightstufanime. The delivery is always fast, and they have the best packaging I have ever seen. The prices are always great and on top of that, there is always a sale. I highly recommend Rightstufanime if you are buying from outside the US.

Good customer service and great deals on new anime/manga/light novels. For the very best discounts, invest in a "Got Anime" membership that tacks on up to an extra 10% off prices on the site. If you order a lot of things, those savings will add up and easily make up for the cost of the membership, which is currently $18/year.
These days, anime, manga, and light novels aren't all that cheap. Even if it may cost slightly more to buy from Rightstuf versus Amazon or Barnes & Noble, you can at least know that your items will not be damaged in transit because they actually put time into packing your merchandise. I've had many books mangled due to poor packing from Amazon, and Barnes & Noble (who you'd think would put more effort in, considering they specialize in selling... books).
The one time I received a destroyed package from Rightstuf, out of dozens of orders, I contacted customer service and was issued replacements.

Definitely not Animazing.
I was a pretty frequent customer of RightStuf up until about 6 months ago. I tend to give vendors a 3 strike rule, and then their out!
Unfortunately my dealings with RS customer service were not Animazing at all, and if they plan on staying in business for another 31 years it might be helpful to solve the issues rather then making yourself look worse by your responses to these reviews.
I can go back and copy paste my support cases directly in here if needed, but I will keep it simple and detail what led to the strike 3.
I placed an order for a title that went on sale the very next day after I placed the order. As the order had not shipped (not that it should make a difference) I placed a call into RS Customer service asking for a price adjustment. And was promptly told they are unable to do anything about this, as the item was pending shipment and their systems did not allow any changes while in this transition to warehouse state.
This then set off a phone conversation with 3 different reps that each gave me a different answer, with one of them stating.. "If we had to price adjust every order to reflect a sale, then they would also have to do the opposite whenever an item went off sale and charge the higher price. I asked her if she understood how e commerce worked, and that would be considered fraudulent.
This prompted me to escalate to a supervisor, who still did not have the power to make a price adjustment on an "unshipped" item.
When all was said and done, They ended up issuing me a gift certificate for the adjustment amount via email.
Honestly though the fact that it took an hour of my time, on something that if I ordered from Amazon, the adjustment would have happened automatically. So RS either empower your agents to become animazing, or update your outdated e-commerce and logistics software that is "tying" your hands behind your back.
Your customers are your biggest asset, alienating and frustrating them drives them to you competitors...
What RS does great!
Packaging. This alone is worth it if you go for limited editions, and this is the single thing Amazon cannot compete with. My items arrive well packed and in great shape so Kudos for that.
