I needed a new remote for my boosted board as mine became faulty and Hoeksame was incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
I am so impressed with this service considering Boosted is no longer (RIP).
I recommend these guys to anyone on need of fixing their eboard.

Bought my onewheel XR one month ago and I felt in love instantly. I had some issues at the beginning because the wheel flipped over all the time and didn’t self-balance. In the end I bought new Vans with a stick sole now everything works perfect and I use it as a daily commuter. My experience with FatDaddy: Quick response, friendly people and really welcoming. I highly recommend both: fatdaddy as a retailer and the onewheel XR as the most f***ing best thing I bought for a long time. 🤘🏻

Orderes my onewheel XR, got it 4 days later (weekend was in between). 1 day earlier than expected so super happy.
1 small issue, the plug in the box is a US model instead of European.
Contacted them, 10min later response, european model is on the way.
So Amazing customer service.

I bought this couple of weeks ago and I have to say that this is truly awesome. I am new to this electric skateboard stuff so getting a board that is very easy to ride really makes the difference.
I recommand getting this board but keep in mind that Boosted for now is closed so getting spare parts could be tricky. Fatdday stated on their website that we should not be worried about this.

I ordered one thing from Fatdaddy so far, Boosted Board belt kits. It was an excellent experience to order something from this webshop. Every time I sent an email, they got back to me very quickly with a helpful response, almost always the same day and always with a friendly tone. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers. Even their automated response emails are playful and friendly!
