Spent 12 hundred euros on a product, to learn that I got a fake invoice when trying to travel with it.
Been calling and emailing them and response was like...
I need to speak to the manager, or...
We are working on it or...
We will TRY to do it today...
After many enquiries, nothing.
I AM ONLY ASKING FOR A VAT INVOICE OR VALID PURCHASE TICKET
BEWARE, you are making expensive purchases and getting no VALID invoice for goods.
Edit. Been waiting all week. Never even got response. I had to sort it some other way through lots of hassle. Still don´t have an invoice for my goods as today. THIS GUYS DON´T PAY THEIR TAX I THINK.

I bought the bike on 18th May, I received on 8th July after several delays, but the battery charger didn't work.
I asked for and Fatdaddy sent me a new one 31st July, but again it wasn´t the proper one, the plug didn´t fit.
I wrote Fatdaddy and still, I have not answer.
Without the charger, I can´t use the bike so, after three months I am still waiting for Fatdaddy.
It is the worse experience I have had in my life, during it with no answers to my questions, it is a nightmare.

Very bad support! I used the Facebook chat to tell them about a faulty delivered product (which can happen!) they told me they shipped out another product and collected the faulty one. The Product that should be shipped out second time never arrived, so I asked for the tracking id they didn’t provided me for days. After opening a claim on Paypal they claimed they won’t send out a new one before the old one arrived.
I would not recommend anyone to buy from
this store!

Bad customer service. I lost hundreds of dollars buying from these people. They do not refund, and they sell inventory that they do not actually own. You are buying at a risk. I have yet to receive my orders and it’s been 2 months. They would not get away with this in the US.

I've ordered a pair of protective gloves from their site over a month ago... I paid even for the tracking of the package (that never worked, not even an update) and they told me to wait a couple more days. I patiently waited but, after a month and a half of waiting, I decided to contact the customer support to ask for the refund. Every time I mentioned my order number in the requests they ALWAYS stopped replying! I still to this day cannot get in touch with them to get my money back. I have no words other that say that from my experience I would not recommend buying on this site to anyone.

Over 1,5month delay, impossible to contact for information, bike arrive with a scratch and the propossed solution is 15€ for their store. Not serious, i would not recommend.

First impression is good, and the conformation of the order is neat and clean. The follow-up & communication is very poorly unfortunately. There is a discrepancy between the website (on stock, delivery in 5 days) and the actual situation; 20 days further and still no delivery. Worst part is that there is no pro-active communication on your order, you have to keep chasing in order to get some clarity. Even on cancelling/changing an order, conformation is not provided. Very Poor.

Very disappointing experience indeed when trying to buy a onewheel XR
1. their website was stating (and still was stating until the end of the story) that they had the onewheel XR in stock,
2. I called over the phone to verify in person before ordering and they confirmed the onewheel XR was in stock
3. I ordered and paid via Paypal (1999€)
4. they sent an email saying that the item was en route and even gave me a tracking number
5. I called again few days later because the tracking was stuck at first stage and they said there must be a problem with the courier, would have called back, but didn't
4. I sent a first emal, without response
5. I called again and they said they would have investigated
6. they eventually replied via mail saying they didn't have the merchandise, asked me to wait 2/3 weeks or ask for refund
7. asked for refund, got it a few days later
so... more than 10 days wasted due to their lies/incompetence. Be warned.

I ordered a buzzraw with an extra pair of tires. The bike was offered with a cargo net and a pair of fenders, during Xmas holidays. Never received the cargo net and the fenders together with my bike, or the extra pair of tires I purchased for 89€, although fatdaddy confirmed there is plenty of space in the box for these extras. Fat daddy never answered to any of my mails, instead I am receiving many promotion mails for new products.

Awful Service. We are still waiting for parts of our bike. The bike we paid already in 2019 took them several months more than they promissed to deliver. They didn't answer our recent emails and the emails they answered were all excuses and their promises were never reliable.
PLEASE CONTACT US AND TELL US THE EXACT DATE OF DELIVERY FOR THE MISSING PARTS.

Said they had OneWheels in stock, but after ordering found that was not the truth. Sent email to clarify something, but never received a response.
Got an email: "There is something with your order so we put it on hold. It's probably a stock issue that we are working on so no need to contact us directly."
Never heard anything again. 8 months ago now.

Ordered two boosted batteries worth over €900 by the time you add in PayPal fees and shipping costs, while the website says it's all in stock and will be delivered in two days or so. It's been 6 days since the order and nothing has moved or progressed, and after repeated emails no replies. Their number doesn't work at all and their live chat feature actually never works. You cannot cancel orders online, only by contacting them, but there is no way to contact them. Avoid this website completely and save the headache. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I definitely will be getting my refund, but what a pain.

Bought a OneWheel XR that after 200 km got a battery issue, resulting in it won't charge no matter the battery percentage.
I have tried to contact FatDaddy four times now, but still no answer. At the moment i have a OneWheel XR that is only as good as a paperweight...

I placed an order on 3. of August 2019 and the money was deducted from my account on the 6th of August. I have never received my product and several mails in Danish and English have never been answered. I have called numerous times and a message refers to a number in Holland where the phone is not taken either.
A week ago someone finally took the phone and promised that I would my money back as the ordered item was not in stock (by the way - It is illegal to deduct an amount if the product is not available). I was promised a return call and that money back neither of which has happened. Next step is a police report.

Order is still processing since August 6, 2019. I have never received an update or any answer to my mails so far. It's even not possible to cancel the order online without getting in contact... very frustrating.
Once they contact me (if ever?) I will cancel the order immediately...

Bad shopping experience. Webpage stated product is enough in stock hence purchasing the item. However once payment has been deducted, the processing stated the item is out of stock. Customer service didn’t reply messages for weeks. Had to wait long for the clarification & refund.

Still haven't received my order, 5 weeks later. When I placed the order, the website said 'in-stock' in the Netherlands. Website FAQ also said that delivery would in 2 working days. Spoke to Customer Service who said that standard delivery is 7 days from order date. Even on the supplier's website it says delivery within 15 days. Promised many times that I would be given an update but no information and now no replies to messages on any platform (the website, email or Facebook).

With all my respects, this is totally a nightmare.
I placed an order 8 days ago and I have no news from them.
I sent one WhatsApp, 2 emails and I fulfill the web formulary.
I am on holidays, I broke my old e-skate, so I purchased in Fatdaddy a Bamboo GT all terrain with the promise to be delivered in 3 to 5 days.
Now I probably need to change the adress for delivery back home, or cancell the order if possible, but there is no one there answering anything.
The main problem is that I feel there is nothing I can do but scream in the dessert and loose 1500€

Impossible to contact the store. They say that they ship orders six days per week, and within 48 hours. But it's even not possible to reach them within that timing.
One more day without any reaction from any of the contacts(email, contact form, telephone, chat). There is no way even to cancel the order and withdraw funds without reaching them(and it's impossible to reach them) so it looks like they are a fraud.
