This is my first review but I feel compelled to write something about this company. After ordering a read the reviews on here and panicked. I had called the company a few times because my card was not being processed and my order delayed. Eventually I managed to speak with someone and gave my explanation. The payment went through but the order didn't seem to progress. Eventually I managed to receive a reply and it was apparent the order had been dispatched - just I hadn't been notified. I received the order yesterday and all is good. The moral of the story is - as I see it - they appear to be struggling under the sheer volume of orders or work and haven't got themselves properly sorted out. That said the site is not a scam and the order came through in pretty quick time.

Ordered two boosted batteries worth over €900 by the time you add in PayPal fees and shipping costs, while the website says it's all in stock and will be delivered in two days or so. It's been 6 days since the order and nothing has moved or progressed, and after repeated emails no replies. Their number doesn't work at all and their live chat feature actually never works. You cannot cancel orders online, only by contacting them, but there is no way to contact them. Avoid this website completely and save the headache. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I definitely will be getting my refund, but what a pain.

Bought a OneWheel XR that after 200 km got a battery issue, resulting in it won't charge no matter the battery percentage.
I have tried to contact FatDaddy four times now, but still no answer. At the moment i have a OneWheel XR that is only as good as a paperweight...

I placed an order on 3. of August 2019 and the money was deducted from my account on the 6th of August. I have never received my product and several mails in Danish and English have never been answered. I have called numerous times and a message refers to a number in Holland where the phone is not taken either.
A week ago someone finally took the phone and promised that I would my money back as the ordered item was not in stock (by the way - It is illegal to deduct an amount if the product is not available). I was promised a return call and that money back neither of which has happened. Next step is a police report.

Order is still processing since August 6, 2019. I have never received an update or any answer to my mails so far. It's even not possible to cancel the order online without getting in contact... very frustrating.
Once they contact me (if ever?) I will cancel the order immediately...

Bad shopping experience. Webpage stated product is enough in stock hence purchasing the item. However once payment has been deducted, the processing stated the item is out of stock. Customer service didn’t reply messages for weeks. Had to wait long for the clarification & refund.

I made a order the 5th June 2019. It got lost in the shipping (that happens). Tried to contact Fatdaddy - and was sure that the order was on the way again (a new package). I did not receive a Track and Trace number or any email that say that the new package have been sent.
It's almost 2 months ago that I ordered.
I phoned them on the 6th august - and they told me that it got lost in the shipping again (Im I the unluckiest person on the planet?). They would sent the items asap with a new shipping company today (6th august). But they was missing one item - that I needed in the order - but I cancelled the one item - and gonna buy it at someone else here in Denmark.
Thanks for the quick response on the phone.

Still haven't received my order, 5 weeks later. When I placed the order, the website said 'in-stock' in the Netherlands. Website FAQ also said that delivery would in 2 working days. Spoke to Customer Service who said that standard delivery is 7 days from order date. Even on the supplier's website it says delivery within 15 days. Promised many times that I would be given an update but no information and now no replies to messages on any platform (the website, email or Facebook).

Same Problem, no communication. Still waiting some update for the shipment. No answers on eMail, WhatsApp or Livechat.
I know fatdaddy is a serious shop but I very upset for,this order :(

With all my respects, this is totally a nightmare.
I placed an order 8 days ago and I have no news from them.
I sent one WhatsApp, 2 emails and I fulfill the web formulary.
I am on holidays, I broke my old e-skate, so I purchased in Fatdaddy a Bamboo GT all terrain with the promise to be delivered in 3 to 5 days.
Now I probably need to change the adress for delivery back home, or cancell the order if possible, but there is no one there answering anything.
The main problem is that I feel there is nothing I can do but scream in the dessert and loose 1500€

Impossible to contact the store. They say that they ship orders six days per week, and within 48 hours. But it's even not possible to reach them within that timing.
One more day without any reaction from any of the contacts(email, contact form, telephone, chat). There is no way even to cancel the order and withdraw funds without reaching them(and it's impossible to reach them) so it looks like they are a fraud.

Wanted to order a segway, after a few days after payment it turned out it wast’t on stock (showed on-stock while ordering). They expected to deliver within 2 weeks. They never responded to my e-mail with questions. After 1,5 weeks it was available on the segway website. I’v been trying to get in touche, email (no response), chat (no response), unable to request a call me back, and at whatsapp i got a short message after a day stating they didn’t have any info from segway. Which is contradictary info from their initial message. (Througout this period it still showed in-stock at their website)
I feel i’ve been waiting unnecesarly, its been a challenge to get in touch. Average reply time per what’s app is a day and per email i guess one must be lucky. I’ve been trying to cancel my order since monday, and today (friday) I received the confirmation i’ll receive my money back in a couple of days.
In the mean time i’m riding my segway for three days already, and enjoying it!

I ordered Boosted Stealth via fatdaddy.hr and package got from Amsterdam to Croatia in less than a week! Response time to messages was super fast.
I would recommend fatdaddy for sure and especially their fatdaddy.hr representative Matija for great cooperation and service!

I was thinking about whether to give it 5 stars or 4 stars.
I have to admit when I read 'stock in mid-April' I was expecting to get my Onewheel way before the end of April. Then again, Future Motion did send you guys (FatDaddy) a container of Onewheels and it sat in the shipping yard for a while.
I've lost count how many times I contacted FatDaddy customer service... Facebook chat, emails, even calling them directly... Each time they answered my questions and even hooked me up with other people from FatDaddy company to answer questions.
I had my doubts in the beginning but I must say the customer service is amazing and when I feel like I want to upgrade my electric vehicle arsenal at home I'll definitely order from FatDaddy again and will promote them where and when possible.
You're amazing, guys. Thanks!

This board has taken me 42 days for it to finally arrive,
The board is in great condition and works amazingly well,
Customer service from fatdaddy was great but the only thing lacking was the delivery time, I got promised by the website it would arrive "mid April" so I made a order on the 13th of april, it's now the 25th of may and received it today.
Other then that I would recommend fatdaddy to my friends

Fatdaddy is one of the best, if not, THE best E-mobility company in europe. I’ve even met the owner of Fatdaddy personally on various grouprides. The way this company is involved in the community really makes it stand out amongst all the other shops!
