They use any excuse possible to not forward your mail to you.
The prices for forwarding mail is outrageous.
If you run into any issues there's no empathy or understanding, it's just a big middle finger to the customer.
I highly recommend staying away from reship.

They used to be great but the new system worries me. They now open ALL packages and take photos - even when you don't want them to. In the past they didn't open packages and photos were only on request. I am now very concerned about the security of the items I order and the way they are handled and re-packaged - there is also a greater risk of theft. I am deeply concerned. They have not explained why they have changed their system.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. There claim is good service you decide. I contacted them before shipping as i whanted advice i provided the with saftey data sheets and adress information. After a few days of emails i was assured that it wont be any issues and that i just need to pay a extra 25 charge. I ordered the item goods arrived at reship all was going well I paid full amount. 3 days later I checked the tracking details and found that the item had been held and returned. Then after me sending an email to reship they came back to me telling that the item is not able to be shipped and they offered no solution not even a refund of the cost of shipping nothing i was out of pocket and no product. Dont trust them you shop is better.

they are one bit expensive ,but here are the pro;s amd con;s
1) they don't require recipet for item value
2) they usauly ship very fast ,
1)not very good costumer service its hard to contact them they run on
pst, not est, so depends on your location,
2)mobile app dosent really work to book shipments good only for tracking , and shipment arrivels ,
3) pretty expensive ,
make your decision whats worth for you on the mentioned points , i personally enjoy it.

Fast customer support, paid for a up to 30 day long delievery, got my parcel delievered in 2 weeks. Reasonable prices (compared to other companies). Overall a pretty good experience. Im pretty sure that I will use reship again

First the positive.
The service did work, the repackaging on the consolidation was done well and I did not think the freight charges were unreasonable. They say you will receive a preferred rate that they achieve based on volume and I think that seemed to be true. I think others who commented so negatively may not be familiar with current rates.
So we're batting at least three positives here and they are in the areas people would care about for every shipment.
I think there are a couple of negatives and that with a bit more organization they could resolve them as so many other logistics places already do.
First, communication is bad at a staggering level. I think you will need to encounter it to beleive how bad it is so won't go into details here; but, with some luck you will not need to encounter it.
Second, things are very slow, after 4 or 5 days of the first package not being scanned in, we began the investigation process though the carrier. They were confident it had been scanned in on the day the tracking info said and that it had been delivered to the correct location. It was scanned in by Reship almost immeidately after that. Markings on the package, placed there by ReShip, confimed that USPS's version of events was accurate and ReShips not even close. They signed for and received the package well ahead of the date indicated on the web site. The second package was a little better but still took about three days to get scanned in. Once they are scanned in you can redirect your package(s) and I think all of those online process work pretty well. There is a flaw on line where you are entering a declared value for your package but there is no declared value and so very little insurance placed on your shipment. I say it is a flaw becuase they did not not charge for the declared value either. It just look slike a bug in the web site. The consolidation is also very slow but I will close with a suggestion there, I could have avoided it. It took two to three days to consolidate and then, when it did ship, Reship was still following up claiming they would ship soon - even after we had already received the package. If you read between the lines there are clearly some organizational and record keeping problems internally. The cost for the fowarding (to another State) was reasonable enough based on the shipping prices that I saved almost nothing after paying the $7 consolidation fee. Please, this is a positive. I do not beleive they are "ripping you off", as others have said, on the freight charges. They were comparable to the best I could possibly have gotten on my own and probably a little better. Consolidation delayed things enven further and, in this case, far enough that after all of Reships delays, the Buyer protection at E-Bay was not really going to work had something gone wrong. I do have a suggestion and I hope it closes this on a positive for you. I found Reship's prices for the shipping quite reasonable. So much so that I would pay the $3 or $4 more and forward two shipments as separate shipments immediatley rather than consolidating wth an extra set of extraordinarily long delays next time. If you had 3 or more pieces the savings would start to mount up but, if you are only consolidateing a couple of pieces, you may not want to incurr more days of waiting to get both your items placed into the same underinsured package. I will use Reship again but not for anything I need quickly and I will probably not use the consolidation service because it adds even more days to the turn around without saving much for a couple of pieces given their reasonable shipping rates.

Great company. And great custmor service. But some time i see the prices is a bit high.
I hope the handling fee reduce a little bit. That’s help for who can’t afford the membership cost to cancel the handling fee and also for who don’t shoping online so much that make the membership helpful.

Incredibly slow service on top of constantly cancelling orders, regardless of how it is being shipped. It is definitely a company I strongly would avoid. I wasted a lot of money on ordering clothing and such just to get my shipping cancelled and then told it will continue to not ship unless I pay more and then will add storage fees on top of it just to make more money off of the customers. Thank you for stealing my goods and forcing me to pay more than they are worth now.

Do not use!
Incredible slow to reply, Service is exspensive and simple directions are not followed. Meanwhile they have taken and processed my money very quickly.
Asked for photos.. They ignore my request
Asked for a list of items.. No response
Asked for an ETA on shipping time.. No reply
Asked for explanation on why its taking so fu#ken long for them to send my items which i order weeks ago.. They transfer me to another department
They asked for payment.. I paid immediately
They asked for CC address.. I sent
Also the dashboard interface is not user friendly the program has pop ups for reviews that are annoying.
I paid extra to consolidate my items but the dashboard still has 2 different lines with both packages still separate. When i asked about this in email they ignore my question and told me to refer to a previous email which had nothing to do with this situation.
Judge for yourself on weather to use them, Horrible service i would never use them again.
It took 3 weeks for them to send it i received it after 4 and half weeks which i was already back from my holiday and didnt get a chance to use my products.
