The Jefferson at Farmingdale Plaza has an on site management office open 7 days, Sunday through Saturday. When I needed a new battery installed in my vehicle park in the underground secured garage, I called AAA for roadside assistance. The AAA technician was scheduled to arrive in approximately 30 minutes and would require building management assistance to enter the gated garage. When AAA van arrived, building management escorted the technician into the garage to the location where my vehicle was parked. New battery installed. Not your ordinary apartment living problem, but solved by a management office available to help.

I have specifically worked with SIM partners which was acquired by Reputation.com not too long ago. They have been a valuable partner and offer swift and reliable service. Any requests or questions we have are investigated and resolved quickly with an abundant amount of communication throughout the process. Our account rep is honestly amazing with all that she handles and accomplishes for us.

Our Sales representative was great as is our Project Manager. We are just in the implementation phase so I can circle back with more feedback once we are up and running with all modules.
We have only had one expert from the company who has been very busy and therefore not as quick to respond as would be our preference. Maybe they need to hire more resources to cover this aspect of the business.

Since our company started using Reputation.com our reviews have tripled! My rep. Larry McGuigan has been with me every step of the way and is a pleasure to deal with. Anytime I call him he assists me immediately, which is very important since we need to monitor all reviews good or bad. He calls me back whenever I have to leave him a message and that is saying a lot, since his time zone is three hours earlier than mine!!!! The initial setup with Tom Mitchell and Johnathan Duong was very fast and got us online immediately and the reviews started rolling in! I have been in this position for four years now and wish we would have been on board with Reputation.com from the start.

Reputation.com has changed the internet customer's perception of our dealership. Although we have always tried very hard to maintain strong relationships with our customers, it only takes a few less-than-perfect reviews to ruin your online reputation. Before Reputation.com we had few reviews and no real follow-up to the ones that were there.
Since signing up and being with Reputation.com a few years, I am happy to report that our combined rooftop reputation score is in the 600's and we have more and more guests providing feedback on their experience with us every day. Reputation.com not only helped us to see where we were lacking, they put us in a great position to better our customer relationships, enhance our online image and gain the trust and confidence of new clients.

Reputation.com recently acquired SIM Partners, who I've been working with for location data management of our numerous facilities. The team is very responsive and very dependable. Whenever I have a question, they are quick with a response. Their Velocity platform is very easy to use whenever I have updates to make.

We signed with SIM Partners originally, and they have since merged with reputation.com. Both companies have been wonderful to work with and we are pleased with the level of support we get with our online listings. The technology is awesome and we are so happy we made the switch from our previous vendor.

Have been a customer for about a year. Being double billed for several months and now when I try to reach anybody it is impossible to make contact. No Phone Numbers. Web forms remain unanswered. No way I could give a positive review.

Everything you need from one source! I work for the Napleton Automotive group as their Corporate customer service representative as well as their reputation manager and I work closely with our reputation.com rep, Jackie T. She is amazing!! In my experience this company has a good handle on what customer service is and they go above and beyond to make sure our company's needs are met and satisfied!! Working with Jackie ensures that these things, whatever they may be, are handled with a smile and we're never made to feel like a burden or any task is too large or hard. Keep it up reputation .com!! I got an email saying if I don't sign up to their PRO service they can't continue removing my details. Wha??? I'd never even heard of them before now, but apparently I have an account with them! I can only guess that when I've signed up to something else it has linked to them.
So, I'm trying to find a way to close the account as I really don't want to have ANYTHING to do with them but of course there's no way to do this without contacting them - I try to instant chat but as soon as I hit "enter" the window closes.
They sound like complete cowboys to me, and VERY dodgy.

Whilst this company is open In what it does, it is what it does that is dishonest. They admit that they target negative PR by flooding it with "made up" good PR to hide it. EG companies found on this website that have repeating bad reviews could employ this company to create good reviews to increase the score. This can be seen where the countries don't match the town/city locations and the text of the review is clearly written suggesting that they are UK based, yet the country of origin is abroad. When all good review come from one country and all bad reviews come from another country something is obviously going on - I'm sure this could work in reverse, if your competitor is getting loads of good reviews why not create loads of bad reviews for them.
This company may be able to help your company reverse the perceived reputation of your company - but in reality reputation is earnt not purchased - if you use this kind of service then you are clearly doing something wrong - put your time and effort into resolving the problem rather than paying this company to hide the problems you create....
