Absolutely gutted with this company level of customer service!!!
Had another order which was booked for the delivery today I had to take a day off to be around for delivery.
Had a phone call from driver saying he will attend the delivery between 1 to 3 pm.
Now it is 8.40 PM and no one attended my delivery driver phone is switched off!!!
Was on the line with customer service for arranging redelivery of my order which again another driver didn't bring and after 10 days still are being told IT systems are down!!!!
I wouldn't recommend ordering furniture from this company, such a waste of time!!!

I reported mine and got no updates or feedback on my post! I found it difficult to log in. The police did not contact me. A total waste of time for a poor service and very disappointing. A total cop out from how the police used to help!

The bloke helping me was very friendly and polite. The call did go on for quite a while and I think that was more the procedure we had to follow and computer speed rather than anything avoidable. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was that the person on the phone was a bit negative about the people in the store. It didn’t come across well and, to me, wasn’t fair. But it is only a minor criticism given the overall service received.

The staff were extremely helpful and sympathetic both when I reported my loss and when I contacted them after receiving both an email and a phone call from them telling me my item had been handed in.

A good concept. The website is easy to navigate and intuitive. However I think they ask for to much personal information. Home address, phone, email. Just An email would be good enough.

It’s perfect site to report your loss or anything that’s is stolen or lost easy to use also you can add so many useful information on the report to help and find your lost or stolen goods
It’s very good idea you can reported instant from your laptop or your own phone much more convenience than going to police station

First time user. Found service basically straightforward, but website unhelpful over inputting some details of particular case. (Have already given feedback, and Support Team responded promptly.)
Only 4 stars since, although it is out of hands of ReportMyLoss itself, feel site should be offering meaningful objective performance statistics as to the chances of reported items being recovered. The public deserve that, in order to justify their registration payments; but the company/authorities also need it, to understand whether and where the system is of value, or needs to be improved.

As a first time user I was struggling to navigate the site at first. After a few minutes it became clear where I was going wrong. After that I found it easy to input the relevant information.
Fortunately I found the items so I cancelled the report, but had I perused it the benefits of my claim being accepted by the insurance company without the need to submit further details were very reassuring. I was also impressed that my loss was recorded on the police files.
All in all a very good service.
