I ordered a t shirt from Replictee. It was too small. After sending 3 emails with no response I called their # and an entirely different business picked up. At this point I proceeded to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau only to find that they are already investigating them. Do not buy from them and if you have been ripped off please file a complaint with BBB. Just look it up online. It takes a few minutes. They should be stopped.

I ordered a t-shirt through this company based on a size chart which they have displayed on their website. When I received the t-shirt, it was not the right length, according to their chart. (The quality of the shirt was great, just not the right length.) So, I sent them an email, per their instructions on their website for "Returns." A week went by and no reply. So, I sent them another email. Still no reply. So, I sent them another email. It's been three weeks. No reply. In the meantime I tried calling the phone number on their website. It went straight to voicemail. Did I leave a message? I could not. The mailbox was full. I was willing to accept a replacement, or an explanation. (It is possible I read something wrong.) But this kind of "customer service" is terrible. I can still wear the t-shirt and it is a cool shirt, but clearly I will never order from this company again (if they are still in business).
