I seen some good reviews, I wanna give a good one as well but I been trying to order the canon g7x and I'm having a problem submitting my order. I tried calling for help but no answer or call back. I got charged three times in my account for a penny. not a big deal, i just dont want to be charged three times in the same week for what i'm only suppose to pay biweekly. I just need help ordering the product, don't mind the price or paying just want to know how to order it and start the process

customer service is horrible!!! There is a huge language barrier. I'm paying $1500 for a ps4 and I would like to talk to someone about switching the day I pay. Everyone who picks up the phone speaks in broken English and I can not understand them.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a series 1 Apple Watch. A month later (still no Watch) they tell me they no longer have the series 1 in stock and that I can order the series 2 which is $10 more. I had already paid $25.38 on the first order and now they want $30 more and I have to wait another two weeks for the new product which will be $10 more bi-weekly.

I ordered a few things on 12/14/17 and paid and did everything they asked and now its 12/22/17 and it still hasn't even shipped and they don't have a approx ship date, im going to call tomorrow and see what the cancellation policy/process is. not worth the time and the fact that they still have my money.

I have used Rent Delite multiple times and have been very satisfied with products and the customer service. I initially got a HDTV and was able to own it at the end of the term and they gave me a bigger spend limit with which I got a sectional. They have been great for me and my family, I have now got a laptop from them for my college going son.

I placed an order for a Television 7 days ago. I was contacted on Saturday and told it was no longer available. I was offered an equal replacement. I called on Monday 08/07/2017 and they had not fixed the issue. They then "got my confirmation" for the replacement. I called yesterday and was told that the replacement was no longer available. I chose another television and it was not going to be available for 2 - 3 weeks. Finally, I chose one that supposedly will be here in 7 days. When I look at my online account, the order status had not changed and I have a television in my cart that is not what I was told was being ordered. When I call the customer service number, all but one person (Mike) seem to be confused and I still have no answer as to if I am gonna receive a television, when I will receive it, or if it will be the right one. Now, I can not get them on the customer service number, I get a "leave a message" This very frustrating.

Rent Delite is a great company to do business with! I have been a customer since May and I have brought out my 1st product for a low buyout this week, now I am getting a new item from them this week! Their customer service is awesome! I had the pleasure to deal directly with Lilly and Mike who are the best! I highly recommend them.

It took almost two weeks for me to get my order filled and shipped. I called every day and they told me that it would ship the next day, but it would never ship. When it finally shipped it took almost a week to get to me. The verification process is a joke. I send them the correct information and every time I called to find out when my order would ship they would ask if I sent the information that they requested. Can they not see that I sent that info? They say one thing and something totally different happens. I am happy with my phone, but it makes me wary that the whole lease is going to be bumpy.

This is the first time i rented with RentDelite. iPhone is very good and got a good discount too. the customer service is also good. Great place to rent electronics.
