MR. IOANNIS HAS VERY POOR AND RUDE COMMUNICATION MANNERS WITH HIS CUSTOMERS. I HAD 2 ENCOUNTERS WITH HIM. HERE ARE THE STORIES:
I have book a car with him on one of his private websites. He confirmed. He has a policy of price matching on his website, please read his deceleration straight from his web page:
" Find a better price for lesvos rent a car anywhere other than lesvos-rentals.com and we will not only match it, but we will give you an extra 10% off your car rental! Now that is booking smart." PLS CHECK WEB SITE TO SEE THIS DECLARATION: wttp://lesvos-rentals.com/
I found %5 cheaper price than his offer. I decided to let him know by email based on his own declared policy. He responded in such a rude and mean way in writing.... he was telling me that on his offer CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) was 750 euro excess. the offer I provided had 300 euro excess. Please understand that "CDW excess "means, if the renter damage the car , even though he has no fault on the accident, the renter must pay the excess portion of the damage from your own pocket. In this comparison his 750 euro excess was better than 300 euro excess (for the to the renter/driver) but this is completely false analyze.. . Mr. Kirlis thinks the customer is an idiot, ad can not understand insurance policies.. he replied back that his offer has better insurance policy with 750 euro excess limit which was just not true.... ( which is not true and he know it quite well) the truth is the higher the excess level on insurance the worse for the driver in case of collusion.
without hearing my respond, he cancel the order at his own decision. Telling me the reason, he felt I am a problem customer an he does not want trouble. I was just following his own policy and he gets upset at customer just because customer follow his policy…. very very unreasonable manner...
I answered him OK, I accept that this case does not fall in your price guarantee policy. He re-booked the car again but apparently he hold a grudge. Please read the second story to see his further unacceptable manner problems to customers.
On June 28, I was in Istanbul Ataturk Airport with my mom as I was helping my mom to board a plane. The explosion happened as you all may read on newspapers. I got little injured, got really disturbed on this incident. I decided to cancel my vacation. My girlfriend got upset as she wanted to go vacation . but I decided not to go after such horrible thing.
1 week after on july 7, I have write an email to mr. kirlos explaining I got injured and want to cancel my car booking. Apparently the same day, my girlfriend who know that I canceled all the vacation reservation has re-booked a hotel and a car for Lesvos. She wanted to go vacation so bad… ( she also wanted to surprise me) Her booking as also under my name. she used my credit card (which is ok) . apparently My girlfriend used rentalcars.com. but rentalcars.com forwarded the car reservation to mr. kirlos whom is the agent on the island.
I want everybody to read his rude and no manner email to me: it is below:

You do not need to say all this bunch of lies just to cancel your reservation. One way or another you will come to me because I represent many brands on the island. I have just received your new reservation from rentalcars.com and I promise you I will give you my worst car.
Just a small tip, try to be honest while in Lesvos because you will have a bad time!

maybe you read on the newspaper, there was an explosion in istanbul airport on june 28 ( the same day we emailed each other last time) I am one of the injured person along with my mother.

I SERIOUSLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A GUEST MANAGER/ OWNER WOULD CALL HIS CLIENT (WHO HE NEVER MET) WITH SUCH ACCUSING WORDS AS LIAR AND THREATEN THE CUSTOMER WITH BAD SERVICE. IT IS OBVIOUS THERE IS CHARACTER PROBLEM WITH HIM AS TALKS LIKE HE IS KING OF THE ISLAND….
I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ANY TOURIST COMING TO LESVOS ISLAND TO AVOID DEALING WITH HIM. THIS INDIVIDUAL IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATOR ON HIS BUSINESS.
