Regus reception staff are horrible and unprofessional in the World Square Building. Toilets are never clean, and the room temperature is either too hot or too cold. I do not recommend this office space.

Stay away from this company.
I rented a virtual office, price was $211 per month i paid $268 because i wouldn't lock in contract. They asked me for $399 retainer as well. After 3 weeks i gave them a termination notice. After 4 month still i couldn't get my retainer back also they're threathening me to pay other $322 . I tried to explain them for many times it's very clear i rented only one month and i already paid $668(price on their website is $211 for ine month ) so why should i pay more??? But it's like you're talking to the wall.

I will never deal with Regus again as they act like a government bureaucracy and impossible to reason with. I have used Regus for 5 years in Brisbane and Melbourne. Last year Regus did not forward mail I received for two speeding fines as this was my registered mailing address. The mail was returned to sender not known at this address despite having been their for 5 years. This resulted in the fines escalating and threatened court action by government collection agency. I wrote a letter of complaint but received no response and no apology. Regus several months later then decided to close the Brisbane office I was located with little warning and just after they allegedly automatically renewed the contract for 12 months. Surely Regus new it was closing the office before renewing the contract to afford me the opportunity to cancel both contracts. I tried cancelling the contract at both offices but they only accepted one of the cancellations of the Brisbane office they were closing and claim I did not cancel the other office in time and now stuck there for another 12 months. Regus was more than happy to cancel a legal binding contract when it suited them to increase corporate profits with no offer to cover costs of printing new business cards or updating website without me raising the issue. Then when I try to cancel the other Melbourne office for poor customer service they refuse to. Regus then continued to charge me for the office that was cancelled. Still have not been refunded my deposit. Good luck with trying to speaking with someone with any seniority to resolve matters just buck passing and no acknowledgement of any wrong doing on their behalf. I have found a new provider in Brisbane in a much nicer building and at a significantly reduced cost.

Regus are a terrible company to do business with.
Their account manager Seyda Kurtman is complacent and frankly doesn't care. Our "premium" harbour view office (2 of them) reached temperatures of in excess of 30 degrees and the best they could offer (not in writing and apparently by a front office PA) was a boardroom? This went on for all of 2018/19 summer. It was unbearable and we had to send staff home.
We left end of April 2019 and I am still following them on getting my $17,000 retainer back. Yep. Happy to take your money but not so good at returning it.
100 email and multiple phone call and I even talked to their robot online and still waiting.
Not happy would be an understatement. Just stay away and find somewhere nice. Regus is not it. Learn from our mistake.

We are very happy with the service and the good locations. Regus' customer facing people in the centre are their greatest asset (at least the people we are dealing with on a daily basis). Treat them well. They make customers coming back.

Regus at 52 Martin Place is a fantastic place to work. The staff are both friendly and professional (Christine and Jess) and have always been both helpful and great to work with!
The view from here over the city and over the bay are really fantastic too.

All good except 2 items:
1) Prolonged elevator out of action
2) Prolonged time to rectify my office door fitting

Our company has been a tenant at Regus Kew for the past 3 years and have always enjoyed great customer service. The Kew Centre Manager Refa'at Mazoor is an absolute gem and goes out of his way to make the tenants feel like valued customers and works hard to resolve potential problems before they become issues. His forward thinking is a real asset to Regus. The centre is lovely, bright and well maintained. We're happy to have signed on for another year.

Good modern facilities with meeting rooms of various sizes in a very convenient location! We arrived at the domestic terminal & caught the train to the international terminal (the next stop) that is located directly across the road from the meeting rooms. Very well priced & Highly recommended

I asked for a simple quote on a virtual address service. Since then I've been hounded multiple times per day via telephone and e-mail. E-mails are requesting for information that I have already provided.
Regus, I hadn't worked with you previously but I can tell from your sales tactics that I am not interested in dealing with your company - you appear brash, inconsiderate and appear to care for nothing but the sale itself.

We were promised a co worker space in any building, we now have issues with finding co worker space, we have been told we can book individually & be provided with a desk, but not together, this is not what we signed up for, and are not happy, we will be cancelling the service today.

Watch out people , Regus charges different amount of money for the same center and same service package. Also , do not put the charge on your credit card, they will always charge you wrong and it will take forever to get your money back.

Where do I begin.
Area Managers - Try not to be fooled by the name because most of them are. They think because they have the title 'manager' they can use it to their advantage. Unless you are a favourite (young and hot) don't expect to be treated fairly. Most of these 'managers' are actually sales people who have no people skills and don't care about the centre teams or have any idea about what we do. They make dodgy sales daily by breaking company policy constantly and get away with it, they let clients have free meeting rooms, kitchen amenities, move in early, more furniture per their workspace and they love not communicating with the centre teams upon move ins. This leaves the centre teams clueless and looking stupid. They also come and go as they please to the bar.
Operations Managers: These are your actual managers who work hard and have everything dumped on them by the "Area Director" as well as the Sales Managers. They are supportive but there is only so much they can do.
Clients: Yes, clients do get promised things upon their move in that are not delivered sometimes because the AM's fail to communicate this to the centre teams, but they are also rude and abnoxious and treat you like a piece of dirt on their shoe. Some are SO amazing and patient and kind but majority treat you like dirt. Its usually the smaller companies who are entitled and think they should get everything for free but are paying 1k a month for their office. Clients also fail to read the terms and conditions attached to their contracts. Its a legal contract, read it. Clients are demanding and rude and centre teams can only do so much and try their hardest but constantly waiting on other departments for assistance.
Pay: If you are a CA in Australia your average salary is $42k + super - this is ok if you are 20 but most are 23 or over. Community Managers get 50k + super which is an absolute joke for the amount of stress and work that is piled on you.
Moving furniture: Add this to your resume because you will become a professional at this. When clients moved in the staff are expected to set up the office and move furniture. I don't want to think about the amount I have moved but now refuse. I am surprised there have been no work cover cases.
Asking for leave is never really an issue but the high turnover of staff make it difficult because you are constantly being taken from your centre (as is your co-worker) so you can support other centres where people have quit and not being replaced.
The good thing about working at Regus is the friends you make and the lovely clients you meet. Being thrown into the job is scary at first but you learn so much as you are basically an office manager for multiple companies.
Regus needs to explain your exactly job role in your interview as I know with my interview and others things were not explained clearly your exact position. They also need a local HR team or current managers need to undertake the appropriate training.
