I received an email confirmation and was debited on my credit card. On hearing my wife had not received anything I called them. They stated there must have been a processing error - strange there wasn't one with taking my money and sending the confirmation email. As a result my wife didn't receive flowers at home for our anniversay, while I was away on business in UAE.
Offer of a delivery the day after defeats the object - this is the second time this has happened. Wont use again

Background - I ordered 40 euros of flowers to be delivered for mine and my girlfriends anniversary (and the death of her grandmother) for Monday 25th September 2017. I had originally requested them to be delivered to her place of work, but changed to be delivered at our home.
25th Sep - Day 1 - DAY OF DELIVERY.
My girlfriend was at home all day, knowing the flowers were going to be delivered, she was listening out for our door bell (in fact it's so loud it will wake you up in the night).
At 18:15 she had to leave for the funeral and at 17:27 I received a text message informing me the flowers were out for delivery. I think to myself, well thank god they were not delivered to her place of work, they finish at 17:30.
At 18:17 she gets into a taxi to the airport and informs me there is a note at the door that they flowers have been delivered to another address.
26th Sep - Day 2 - THE NO CALL BACK.
I call up Euroflorist/Regiobloemist (same company) asking why there had been a failed delivery and that I would like a full refund, due to not receiving my order.
The woman on the phone explains this must be passed onto her manager, who will call me later that day - HE DOESN'T.
27th Sep - Day 3 AM- YOU'RE LYING.
I call the company in the morning, asking why the manager didn't call me back, and when he would. I'm informed he's not at work yet (9:45am?!) but will call me later.
He does call me back, and I explain to him what happened and that i did at no point ask for the flowers to be delivered to a neighbour, and why they didn't call (considering they can send a text message that the flowers are out for delivery.)
He tells me that they will not refund me as they made a delivery. I inform them that their website states they guarantee same day delivery, which they have failed to do. This company seem to think that making a delivery to anyone counts as a delivery.
For 20 minutes, the assistant manager tells me that:
- I'm lying that someone was in.
- He believes his florist over me.
-That someone was in the toilet when the delivery was made and didn't hear the door bell (now he thinks i'm not lying about someone being in)
He then tells me he has to pass this onto his superior, I request that she call me as well.
27th Sep - Day 3 pm. - YOU CAN'T HAVE THE MANAGERS NAME
The assistant manager calls me back up to tell me his superior has also declined my request for a refund.
I request she call me and personally explain why I am not entitled to a refund for flowers I STILL HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED, he tells me this will not happen.
He also informs me that the delivery was made between 16:00 - 16:15. Why did I receive a text message at 17:27 that the flowers were out for delivery?
I then ask him for his superiors name, he tells me i cannot have it. I demand for her name and he questions why I want it and why it is important. Only after requesting her name and an address to write a letter of complain to does he, very unwillingly, gives me her name.
Unfortunately at the time I was out and did not have a pen and paper, and ask him to email me this information, he tells me he will not do that because he is too busy. I tell him that that is unacceptable, again he unwillingly says he will, i'm still waiting.
The assistant manager was once again happy to sit on another 15 minute phone call, rather than sole the problem.
I will be calling them everyday until i receive a full refund.

UPDATE: After posting the previous comment, I was contacted by Pascal van Zandvoort of Regiobloemist. He was very understanding of the situation, and hopefully my issues regarding the delivery of flowers are conveyed to the concerned delivery guys so that such a thing is not repeated. He also refunded the full amount of the flowers to me.
I had ordered flowers (order no. 411346) from Regiobloemist to be delivered to my husband in Leiden yesterday on his birthday. I had made the order on Friday. It was meant as a surprise for him. I had made a special request for them to call on his mobile number provided to check whether he is available before delivering, and also requested for a morning delivery. I received a confirmation mail from them finally at 19:30 that the flowers were delivered. Then I called my husband to check. He was at home at that time. But to my surprise, he said he had not received any flowers! I tried calling the helpdesk number of Regiobloemist. But I got the message that the number does not exist! Then I messaged them on their website. Finally I got the following reply from them today:
"The flowers were delivered to the neighbors (two houses further). The recipient wasn't home at the time of delivery, they left a contact note in the mailbox at which house they delivered the flowers. Therefor we can't refund your purchase, apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you."
First of all, my husband was at his home at the time of delivery stated in their mail, i.e. 19:34. So they are LYING. Second of all, I had not paid for the flowers to be delivered to my husband's neighbors or any random person, but to my husband! The delivery confirmation mail specifically stated that the flowers were delivered to my husband. Also, how is my husband supposed to know to check the mailbox of two houses further away for a note left for him. And even if they left a note, it is still not acceptable to not have delivered the flowers to the correct person on the date promised.
After reading the previous review, I have realized that this company is a complete fraud and that they are running a scam to cheat customers of their money. It is not just the money, but they are also ruining special occasions for people. Now they have disconnected their phone number, so that nobody can call and complain. I just want to warn other people not to use this company so that they are not made a fool of.

Whilst I was visiting my daughter in Liederdorp,Holland, I was taken ill and admitted to hospital. It took weeks to recover and I wanted to thank my daughter for her care by sending her flowers. I ordered them through Regiobloumist for a same day delivery. They weren't delivered but the money was taken from my account. I phoned them and told them I wanted the money put back in my account. They said they would call the florist to investigate why the flowers weren't delivered then they would call me back. They never called me back and I didn't get my money back. Be wary of this company.

Ordered $50 Euos of flowers to be sent to my father in Netherlands. I ordered the purple and white lilies the bouquet that arrived did not at all even come close to the picture I picked. Took a couple of emails but then they said they would send a bouquet of lilies but they never arrived

I have ordered flowers on two occasions, from NZ to Apeldoorn. On both occasions the bouquets have look just like the photos and have been delivered on time. A great job! I will definitely use them again

My girlfriend is living till october in south of Netherlands, and i wanted to sent her a surprise birthday gift, in this case, flowers... I was very happy in finding regiobloemist.nl, for me living overseas and not speaking dutch was a bit hard to accomplished that task.
The whole experience was very nice and straightforward, i could choose some bouquet that had some flowers matching her taste and our history.
The delivery worked out very well and she was so happy with the care and the flowers of course, i can add the handwriting card as a very special touch. Thanks a lot!!!!

These flowers were to be a surprise for my sisters 70th birthday she knew nothing of them. They must have been delivered while she was at the shops. When I rang her on New Year's Day to see if she liked her surprise guess what .... She hadn't got them. No card had been left advising where they had been left. I sent you an e-mail asking why the flowers had not been delivered on 31st as ordered. Your response was "they were delivered to a neighbour". Great that was a big help. If she knew which one she could go and ask them for her flowers otherwise it meant knocking on umpteen doors asking "have you got my flowers?" She did eventually receive them at 7.15pm on 2nd January from a neighbour - 3 days after she should have had them. My point is if a card had been left advising where the delivery was she could have got her flowers FRESH as intended and not 3 days later.

It is always difficult to order anything from another country. It is always a risk. I have used Regiobloemist several times now, and my friends have always been pleased with their flowers. It is very easy to order, and the selection is usually very good.

I ordered the flower for my friend, but she was not around during times of delivery. They said they called her but she did not receive any phone calls. Also, it's the busiest time (Christmas) of the year, therefore they asked my friend to pick up the flowers instead. I understand the limitation, but I guess was disappointed because it was supposed to be a surprise for my friend. And I needed to ask for their numbers so my friend could call them to arrange for delivery, as I live overseas.

I ordered from the UK at 7.30pm British time, and the flowers were delivered at 10am in Holland address the next morning. Excellent service. The bouquet was very beautiful and the arrangement was perfect for an Autumn gift. The price was actually better than ordering flowers to a UK address, and the service better too. Due to problem on the part of PayPal, the Regiobloemist team had to work extra hard with my order. They monitored the situation and was quick with giving me feedback. They also went the extra mile to inform me when the delivery can be expected on the day I requested. My partner was very impressed with the flowers too. I will definitely use them in future and recommend them to anyone wanting to flowers delivered for a special someone or occasion.
