I was going to give two stars, because I still believe that I will get my money back. But after talking to my network about my experience and receiving even more negative feedback on their experience with refurb.dk, I changed it to 1 star. Apparently, you should be careful about trusting this company.
The experience I had was selecting a laptop for purchase.I bought one of the many additions that is possible for each of their products. And I was presented with a total price and afterwards a selection of payment choices. I made the transaction with a VISA card, and was presented with a payment accepted and order confirmation email. Upon checking the order status on the link that followed, I was surprised to see a "waiting for payment" status on the order, and under that a completely new price was presented to me.
I rang customer service and was told that the listed price was wrong (this same price is still listed on the website. Both for the laptop that I purchased and similar laptops). And that I was not going to get the product unless I paid more. I can only assume that they wanted the full new price from the order status.
I told them, that they had two choices. Give me the product at the advertised cost or give me a refund. They refused the first option.
I am hopeful in my refund will come.
As per Danish law the refusal of fulfilling a purchase at the advertised price (and in this case even the price on the purchase order, at the time of purchase) is a breach of law. I chose to give them the option of the refund, because I didn't want to dispute the faith of the purchase and spend energy fighting for my rights.
The difference between the price at purchase and the price on the "check order status page" after purchase was 1219,- DKK.
So potential buyers be aware, that the advertised price and a confirmed purchase and order confirmation can result in a hidden new price different from the advertised and withholding of product.
I'm currently considering making a complaint with the forbrugerombudsmand based on experiences I've had. But mostly because of the negative feedback my network also gave me regarding this company (where they didn't file cases). I believe that companies need to be upheld to certain standards. I understand that errors can occur. But then you have to pay for those errors as a company.

I am happy that you spend resources in responses and PR care on Trustpilot. However, I would like it, if you spend those resources on avoiding issues, rather than doing damage control.
I won't argue if the price was reasonable or not or what the expectations are.
You as a company spent time "correcting the calculation error" on your product (I noticed that the products changed price less than an hour after I talked to customer service). You spent time reading through thrustpilot, looking up the case and argue something, that tries to put you in a better light.
But that doesn't change the fact that you somehow have 1 price on your website. A price that persists through adding additional purchases (in this case more RAM), and it persists to a payment, where you as a consumer are lead to believe that you paid for the product. And then you take the money immediately from the account. Then, when looking at the order status, you are suddenly presented with a different price. Why are there two prices? Where did this second price come from? Why is it even possible. These are the questions all consumers would have. Irregardless of which faith a purchase was made in.
I also believe that you are violating item 4.2 of Nordic ombudsmen guidelines for remote and internet sales.(Can be seen on forbrugereuropa as pdf: 2016-betalingsmodtagers-haandtering-af-betalinger-ved-fjernsalg.pdf - no links are allowed here).

And your own words here in this case, is that you never even confirmed the order. Yet you already withdrew money. Even if this according to legal guidelines can only happen, when you deliver the product that you sold me.
That you call something "bestillingsbekræftigelse" and then in the text and in headlines say "thank you for your order", "your order will be processed", "Your order is received". And you even have graphical presentation of the process in this order flow that in no way indicates that you still have to "confirm my order" is at best misleading and at worst a legality trick that you deliberately inserted.
If you want to run a legal process, or at least a non misleading one. I think you should focus a lot more on that. Than on responding very quickly to Trustpilot reviews.
I hope that my time writing these things will lead to an internal improvement at Refurb.dk, that will lead to a better consumer experience and protection.

Great service, computer looks like a brand new! It made me think that I will never buy a new computer again if I can get refurbished one in a condition like this and for price that cheap :)!

What a suprise! Not only did it look new and not so easy to find the “scratch” as you reported. Just a little mark and nothing more.
Performance? I will give this computer to my daughter in Australia and will report on performance when I return to Denmark.

Ordered a HP Z-book, B-rated quality. Wanted to know how long it had been used to assess what condition the battery would be in, but the sales rep couldn't give me any other info than what was on the website. Another time I did get a guy who was very good at answering my questions and explaining what I could expect to get, so try calling again if you don't get the info you want.
I got the laptop delivered in copious amounts of sturdy bubble wrap that would have protected even against a forklift accident or fall of 1 meter onto concrete. Laptop matched the description I got on the phone; I think battery is at ~80% even though I was only guaranteed 50% original capacity. Windows authentication and everything else working perfectly. Thumbs up, 5 stars, 10/10.

Having been satisfied with buying a computer there some time ago, I decided to buy another one.
Unfortunately after a few days it stopped working. Here start my troubles with the customer service. I had to send the computer back, unfortunately it got damaged during transport. Refurb gave me the choice of repairing this computer, at possibly greater cost than it was worth, or buying a new computer. After complaining and pointing out that I was sending back a computer that didn't work, they finally agree to give me back... 800kr... only on a new order. When I finally agreed to it, my case was closed... and I didn't receive anything else. I had to ask again several days later in order to go on with a new order. The whole exchange was really slow, the customer service often taking several days to follow up. In all, between when my case was open to when I receive my new computer (it's been sent, I am waiting for it), a whole month has passed.
They didn't do anything illegal, rude or obviously wrong. However, in this day and age, it is simply not acceptable to have a customer service this dry a market where it is going to be needed a lot (i.e second hand products), and where there is a lot of competition. Refurb is not doing themselves any favor by having a customer service that only sticks to the bare minimum. They could have simply acknowledged the accident and sent me a new machine, instead they just lost a customer. I will not order here again and will not recommend them.
