I just ordered 2 pairs of shoes and some leggings the other day during a major sale. Just got an email today saying that my order did indeed cancel, BUT I never cancelled my order. It's funny that they canceled the shoes but haven't cancelled the leggings I ordered. This is a scam and actually very sad by the amount of poor service on here, a whopping 73% of bad reviews.

Disgusting service. Signed up to mailings for 15% discount. Code didn’t work and they won’t refund the difference! Said I can’t use it on the trainers I bought as they are high demand products! They were full price trainers and nothing stated that in the offer

Once you want to buy something never ever use the website.
You will receive an email that you have gotten your order and it was signed by yourself.
The twist: I never FU****** gotten or even received my order.
The support line might help?
the worst service ever. no empathy with the worst attitude.
no solution provide but rather saying it is not my fault.
talked to one of the mangers Laurent (or someone claiming to be the manager) and had the worst experience with him.
I would suggest to invest more into your people and their service skills. and especially with your Managers who takes phone calls.
If I had the chance to put -5 stars I would be happy

Poor customer service. I order a lot of product from reebok website. I ordered lately a tank top. Fedex has lost my package. I called two times reebok and they didn't send me any refund. They asked me to return a product that I have never received. So clever!
Furthermore, delivery are always super long.
I guess I will have to wear another brand.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, it has taken reebok online AU 10 days so far just to process 1 pair of shoes in stock and still waiting, I've contacted their support team multiple times and only received 1 reply so far basically saying that I have not put the right delivery address yet when I received the confirmation email of my order ALL the details were correct!
blaming me for the mistake just to buy themselves more time.
NEVER again will I buy from reebok!

HORRIBLE. they have charged my card about 4 times now for one pair of shoes. they lost my initial order, and had to reorder my shoes. but now the original order has been posted and now shipped as well. they are so unorganized.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and they confirmed my order and status said waiting for packing. After 2 days they emailed me and cancel my order. It’s disappointing how they made me wait for 2 days before cancelling it. They already took money in my account and I have to wait when they gonna put it back. Super disappointed.

Not worth 1 star the pathetic excuse for a business, spend $450 with them,they quickly take your money then they instantly send a confirmation email, so BY THEIR TERMS YOU NOW CAN'T CANCEL, but they can sit on their lazy arses and not even bother to pack your order, much less send it. Returns are supposed to be "EASY" but I have been trying to return my items online for over a week using their website with different browsers at different times of the day and every time I get "Oops, we're sorry! Because of site maintenance this service is not available." What a scam. You're better off just calling your credit card company and calling fraud on them because thats what they're doing.

Staff n manager is illiterate. They don't go with their words. I had purchased t-shirt from Reebok n it got bubbles within 2 months I came to replace it but no one replaced my product. Never purchase anything from Reebok.

I ordered something about 2-3 weeks back online. There was one left in stock. I didn't hear from them for a week. I checked their website to see if they were like amazon and oversell things then run out, there were now four in stock. I waited another week and checked again, there was still one in stock. Finally today I get a cancellation: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the order you recently placed. Of course, you will not be charged. Sent off my return parcel and got an email back from reebok 2 days later (on the 10th of July) saying that my return had been picked up. However, it is now the 5th of August and I still have not received my money back. I have been trying to contact them on Facebook and they are useless at replying, says they reply in a day and it has now been three days without a reply. Will not be shopping with them again.

Its being 4 months I have placed two separate orders to Reebok, one for merchandises and other for shoes. The first order was received incomplete and I am still waiting for the missing t-shirt worth 40AED. Second order for Shoes was about 200AED, where they send me the wrong size and which I am still waiting to be returned. They have picked my shoes after 13 reminders and involving Consumer Protection Abu Dhabi team however till date I have not received my money back. Reebok should be banned for its online services. Will never shop again nor recommend to anyone even for 1$ purchase.

Having been a loyal Reebok customer for many years, there suddenly seems to be a problem with my account ?
I ordered as normal, payment went through, confirmation received, then i noticed another email saying order cancelled - no explanation. i tried to place the order again having paid by 2 cards now and paypal (all have been use don previous orders) and all accounts have way in excess in them of what i was ordering.
Called Customer Service next morning - 'yes i can see you have made several attempts to pay, will have to get the finance deparment to have a look and drop you an email' . So no one can tell me why payments have been cancelled - i can see each transaction on my PAYPAL and bank account so basically Reebok were able to take the money but then gave it back. So I tried to discuss again, suggesting the payment wasn't the problem, maybe my account is blocked for some reason ?? Same response. A week later I still have not had an answer and Reebok still need to refund one of my attempted payments.Finance department not written to me either So they are physically able to take my money - they have (and not refunded) and refusing my orders. Perhaps their is someone in Customer Service that can resolve but you never get to speak to anyone who actually wants to do their job - they are so lucky that LES MILLS INSTRUCTORS like myself have to buy from them - brings them thousand of pounds of revenue. Perhaps they could use some of this to invest in providing a better service to all.

Worst online experience ever, incompetent customer service and take money when not approved without even an email or a phone call, too long a story too explain what happened re; the money, needless to say they left my bank overdrawn, and me with a fee that a simple phone call would have stopped happening. Will never buy anything by this CRAP company again. Terrible experience. Placed an order on after pay over 2 weeks ago. Ive been charged for 2 after pays yet no product. But dont even think about calling to find out because you will be left on hold for 20 mins then the voice will change over and say we are experiencing long waits and calls due to a sale thats been happening for over 2 weeks now.... yet no sale is actually happening. Then it will hang up.

Very poor first online ordering experience! Placed an order and paid $12 extra for expedited shipping only to be informed that it takes 3-4 days just to process the order, then the expedited shipping begins. That I will receive my package within 10 days total . UNBELIEVABLE! I've yet to order anything online and pay for expedited shipping and it take 10 days to get here. Will never order from Reebok.com again!

Never ever order online sales from Reebok Australia. I returned a pair of trainers, was only partially refunded. Numerous calls, emails go unanswered. I am out of pocket still. Terrible service.
