RedFynn corp I give a minus 5.............I told you to stop emailing me (.) my agent is great she has done everything i have asked her to do. Over 4 years of great service. I do not like Email (.) RedFynn corp must be stupid ! ! ! Gave you a 1 star on survey and said to stop Emailing me(.) Not only did you send me a reply by email you sent me another survey by Email. My agent is great she called me right away when she saw the 1 star rating. I explained to her that her work is great. She is working on getting RedFynn corp straightened out on the problem. ( DO NOT REPLY BY EMAIL.)

As with most companies, there are some things that don't fit me 100%. I can boldly state that this is the company that comes closest to doing that!! They are very informative and I've been able to maintain contact with someone at the top instead of having to work from the bottom up time after time. When something goes down it's been a mess to get into contact with someone, but I believe most of that fault lies upon us as well. I would definitely encourage anyone to do the research themselves to see if RedFynn sets the bar for them as they have for us!!

The rep that promised to be local and always there for us rarely returns phone calls or emails. If your calling customer service you better allow plenty of time to set on hold just to not get an answer to your problem once they do get to you. No way I will renew with this company!!
