The order took a while to get organized, probably the product was not in stock. But once the online status changed to in delivery, everything went extremely fast.
Prices are competitive. So far very happy!

3 orders out of 4 have been received with huge delays since some\all items I have requested were not in stock, but according to your website all products were available in your Warehouse.
Terrible customer experience with the last order, I had to contact your support 3 times (chat and email) since the delivery date has changed several times (notification received) and then no communication at all once the last updated delivery date has passed and no order received.
Only one agent was very professional and explained that due to unknown reason the package never left your warehouse (therefore has never reached PostNL). Thanks to his action the order has been received after a couple of days.
Last but not least, I had to contact the support again in order to have a proper invoice (only a shipping order was found in the box)

I ordered at product on their now closed site recoon.dk and everything was fine - that was till the blender-head broke and I wanted to use my reclamation rights. So I contacted them via their German/Dutch site, which has not been a succes. Their response time has been awful, after 2 months and 5 (!) not upheld appointments for them to the pick-up the faulty part, I am stuck with half of a blender set. Just don't use them.

I've made three substantial transactions with Redcoon in the past 2 years. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations. Pricing of the items was competitive if not the lowest, delivery was faultless and always within the promised time. I recently bought a Bosch Router from redcoon, after searching the internet I found it wasn't the cheapest price by 10 euro's but because of previous experiences I placed the order anyway knowing their delivery should be 10 out of 10 and I wasn't disappointing

I did a couple of order on redcoon.nl and the quality of service was impecable. The offer on the website are really competitive, probably best prices in the Nederland and the delivery was perfect.

I sent a mail asking if my unit was in warranty, they issue a RMA and ask me to send it.
After weeks they answer that the unit is out of warranty.
Why the hell did i ask if it was in warranty for?
Conclusion: Customer service don't care about the customer or the service. They don't even read your emails.
Never going to buy at Redcoon again.

Very new TV (under 6 months old) was sent back with a fault with a promised 3-4 wk time to return. We are now at 2 months. Every single promise of an update is broken, I have to chase RedCoon weekly. Every week the same story "it is not us it is the repair center" and every week the same promise "we are escalating and will send an update" or "We will call you personally with an update". I do not receive updates, have never received a single promised phone call. I then repeat the chasing and RedCoon repeats the same answers and ask for me to be patient. I am out of patience and am sharing in the hope that other potential buyers can avoid this terrible service and lack of accountability.
