I ordered at product on their now closed site recoon.dk and everything was fine - that was till the blender-head broke and I wanted to use my reclamation rights. So I contacted them via their German/Dutch site, which has not been a succes. Their response time has been awful, after 2 months and 5 (!) not upheld appointments for them to the pick-up the faulty part, I am stuck with half of a blender set. Just don't use them.

I´m sorry but this is outrageous! I called the company yesterday and fixed a time of delivery for thursday,(logistica teknik) they didn´t say anything about any damaging! (Today I had to call them again because they did not call me at all even tho they were suppose to!) to ask what time will they deliver the tv and they said that they can´t do it today, only tomorrow. Than again not acceptable! I took the day off from work just to receive the god damn tv and now they say the papckage is damaged but the tv not. Well that is awesome! That means they actually had to open the box and exam the tv???!!! Worst site to buy electonics and the logistica must be the worst deliver in the whole world. What an awful combination. STAY AWAY! Looking forward to see the tv tomorrow but I think it is going straight back to where it came from.

After a good experience with the company, I ordered a set of speakers at redcoon.be. The AV-reciever and DVD player I bought from a German website. They came from Germany the second day! Unbelievably perfect service. But to be honest, as almost always from Germany. I do not make any marketing here. It is just my experience.
I made a joke at that point that now only two more weeks to wait for the speakers from Belgium (Netherlands?), my home country. If I only knew that it would take more than a month! It is 5 weeks and I do not have my speakers yet. Mine, because they have my money.
The biggest problem I find is that redcoon.be is misleading the customers. The speakers I ordered were "direct leverbaar". Ok, logistics is sometimes difficult. But if they were at least honest and apologize for the inconvenience. But the only thing which you get is the lack of responsibility, no explanation, no info. The company are people working for it. Maybe this applies only to certain individuals...

slow delivery, well actually no delivery , the package that was ordered was not sent as per telephonic conversation , nor could they deliver it in for the time frame that was agreed. As for their communication regarding their delivery partner DPD well ......I anyway have a parcel hanging out in limbo somewhere because their computer in Holland / Germany can not recognize a danish address NOT MY PROBLEM .
The fact that i get fed a load of bullshit when i phone to find out why there is this delay really pisses me off.
So the long and the short, if you have an address that uses a danish letter write it in english as i am doing it now so there will not be any confusion even though it is a danish web shop you dealing with , then don't believe anything that is told to you over the telephone you can not use it for shit anyway and with those 2 steps taken care of you can now deal happily with REDCOON,

They had a new printer model in stock before it was available in stores in DK. The item was not cheap but competitively priced. I called to make sure it was in stock and ask other questions and customer service was nice and helpful. The item was sent promptly and I was able to track it. It arrived fast and well packaged. Fully recommended!

the ads say the package will be send the same day if ordered before 12:00 o'clock ... well it took them 8 days to deliver.
Of course it was a big order = flatscreen but than you shouldn't advertise your delivery speed as such ...

I orderd a samsung telephone. Everything went great for the order : packaging was good, delays were ok, products were the ones I ordered.
Then I had to send it back under guarantee because of a failure (keyboard stoped working). That was Novembre 2009. Today (April 2010) I'm still fighting to get anything back. It took them 5 months to aknowlege they could not repair the phone and offered a refund. I have been waiting for this refund for a month. I sent lots of mails to the bosses, I spent time on the online chat service, I called them (only in Dutch for the belgian website), and the only answer I get is "please be patient".
This is very wrong!
