I recently signed up to Redbet and has some success. After withdrawal verification was taking an age, so I inevitably reversed the withdrawal and lost (which is what they want of course).
My issue is this. Upon further reading on their policies on slow verifications and payouts, I see that Redbet confiscate winnings and refund deposits from players who have previously excluded from Mr Green. Upon initially signing up I was unaware that these two casinos were connected (they operate on different UKGC licenses). Now, I have played at Redbet on more than one occasion since my permanent self exclusion with Mr Green (in 2014).
If Redbet are confiscating winnings from players who are excluded with Mr Green, how can they keep my losses in the same situation? I've contacted them about this and they keep delaying response.

Very bad website that pays nothing if you win and the bet scores as a loss. I had a goal between minute 60:00 - 69:59 and finally there was scored in the 70th minute, so that's good. They judge him wrong and despite many evidence they continue to say that the 70th minute does not fall within that time frame and I have the bet wrong. They just steal your money, because 70th minute is 69:00 - 69:59 so my bet is correct! Just scammers and steal your money! Keep saying that they stick to their answer, even though I have received other bets in the same way !!!! So they also talk to themselves again! Liars!!
Answer to Redbet;
That is bullsh. You guys are telling this in several emails;
- we have given enough, wide and detailed explanations on the settlement decision.
- Our settlement stands correct and we will stand by our argument.
- As we have advised this is the final decision of the dispute this will not be reviewed further.
- please see below screenshot sent from yourself showing the goal was scored in the 70th minute and therefore the bet was a loss - as we have advised you numerous times - this was sent off twice to be looked into by a more senior member of staff and both times they have come back with the same answer that the bet was a loss.
So please dont tell on this website you want to solve the case, because even in your answers you admit it was the 70th minute, but you still judge the bet as wrong !! You dont want to solve it, you keep telling the bet is wrong, but it isnt!!!!

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. On the 9th of August I signed up with redbet, by the 11th of August I’d won a nice sum and all of a sudden my account was blocked. I contacted customer service on live chat and they explained it had been blocked pending verification. Fair enough I thought, having experienced similar things with more reputable bookmakers (they took less than 48 hours and I won more there!). I provided the requested documentation straight away and was advised it could take up to 72 hours to sort then my account will be unblocked. After the 72 hours I had no contact or update so I contacted customer services on live chat again and was told my account appears to be verified but was still blocked and had been escalated to another team. Asked how long this would take and was told no more than a few days. Given the sum I’d won (5 figures) I thought fair enough. Well long story short after contacting them pretty much every other day at least since I still don’t have access to my account to withdraw my money. I’ve provided more documentation since, that they didn’t even ask for (driving license, passport, bank statements, card photo, selfie holding card, PayPal accounts, source of funds proof) and still after nearly a month I’m no closer. I’ve probably spoken to every customer service agent they have and they can’t do anything of use. Not their fault as they’re not given the ability to but I just wish someone would take accountability. Having worked in customer verification before I know I shouldn’t take this long. So I have no idea what’s going on. No one will give me a clear update or timeframe to get this sorted.
Now raised this as a complaint and will try my best to escalate the matter.
Steer clear from RedBet as they are incompetent if you actually win anything.

When it comes to depositing your funds nothing seems to be a problem. My account was verified within one day, and funds can be deposited instantly with various deposit methods.
When you're winning however, your account gets limited very quickly, and when you're trying to withdraw net winnings everything seems to be a problem. I had to send selfies and proof of deposits a week ago and i am still waiting for an answer, my mails are not being replied to and customer service employees can't help me either.

Account locked without any prior reason. Not paying my winnings. Avoid at all time. In the meantime I was promised that the money would be refunded. However I have been waiting now for more then two weeks after they promised me to do so. I keep on getting messages from their support that it was send to the team for review. They are just dragging it on just like so many others have reported it here. If you really want to play online make sure to play somewhere else and stay away from this company.

Conclusion: This bookie uses stalling tactics when you're trying to withdraw profits off their website: Ridicilous amount of time during their verification procedure and not processing withdrawals. Look at Askgamblers to all their unresolved complaints of other players reporting their stolen funds which was never returned to them. In most cases they don't even reply.
profit is 5000EURO which i have made by betting on their sportsbook. My account was limited very quickly and as i tried withdrawing these profits all verification trouble started when my account was previously already verified. I have 6500EURO on pending withdrawals since the 24th of August and we're at the 9th of september today. This is obviously a ridicilous amount of time.
They're happy taking your deposits but when it comes to withdrawing profits, they'll pull off stalling tactics untill you get hopeless and untill you will stop chasing your money.
They're replying to all reviews on this website without giving any useful information to make it look like they 'care' and that they're 'involved', but in private they'll continue using their stalling tactics to make you feel hopeless and frustrated.
I will keep you guys updated regarding my situation on Redbet, editing my post if my case has been resolved or not. We'll see.

To those of you out there considering using Redbet my advice is to avoid at all costs.
An enquiry raised 5 days ago has been responded to today by someone who clearly cannot speak English. Their reply was so badly written I have had to email them multiple times just to ask what they mean by some of the words contained in their email, which do not exist in the English language.
Because of my multiple emails I am now advised that if I continue to send "spam" I will be blocked. Clearly they don't know what Spam is either.
Their advertised offers are not honoured. Their customer service is non existent and their morals rival those of MP's caught up in the expenses scandal, with whom they have a lot in common.
Take your money and keep it for themselves, because they can, appears to be their mantra.

i think this casino is fantastic. I signed up a month ago and made first withdrawal Tuesday. knowing they would ask for docs i looked on their FAQ and sent them in before they needed to ask. 10 minutes it took to verify my account!! that's how quickly they responded on email! Company has limited to no sports bonuses. When they are available they try to take it away. Offers are generally in favour of the site. Nowhere near as good as other sites. Customer service stinks, managers cannot talk apparently. You get a response to emails after about 3 days and took 19 days to verify my account. I should have known at thos point they were incapable. If you join, all bonuses are casino based there are literally no sports bonuses. Dont waste your time and join a site that rewards your loyalty not fob you off with lame casino bonuses. Dont expect anything because you wont get it and they dont care about the customer.

I signed up to to Redbet using a promo code to get £20 of free bets upon making a £10 bet, which was to be paid into my account upon the bet settling, whether I won or lost. No bonus was paid into my account, I spoke to five different members on their Live Chat on several occasions to no avail. Some told me they were referring my case to their superiors who would contact me within a couple of days - I was never contacted. One told me the offer was only available to the first 100 people to sign up - there was nothing to say this in the T&C’s, which I pointed out to them before they backtracked and said they couldn’t work out what was wrong and would refer the issue to the aforementioned superiors. One told me the bonus was only available to people who lost their first bet - this has also a lie and referred to a different offer altogether. Whenever the staff member realised I had read through all of the T&C’s and wasn’t accepting their lies they would fob me off by claiming they would raise my case with superiors before signing out of the chat when I hadn’t finished talking for me to never hear from anyone at Redbet again. The worst experience I have ever had with a bookmakers. Avoid at all costs.

Redbet is stalling me with my account verification. Customer department keeps telling me that 'my account is with the relevant department'. Account was already verified. But when i tried withdrawing my funds more documents were being requested even though my account was already verified. I've sent these documents and they're just stalling me telling me that my documents 'are with the relevant department'. This process is taking more than a week by now.
