Our fridge was delivered and installed including water hookup by RC Willey delivery crew, five days later, our basement had significant water damage due to the water hook up to the valve in the wall. We did not have leaking before installation. RC Willey refused to accept liability. The real dig is that we were desperate to replace our refrigerator that quit working during the holidays due to compressor failure. When the repairman came to look at that fridge he told us that the fridge we were told was new when we bought it at RC Willey was actually refurbished!

We bought an LG fridge 2 mos. Ago, it sucks, the ice maker makes a horrible noise and one of the handles is already broken!
We called our salesman (Keith) in appliances and he hung up on my husband. We are pretty laid back people and that is no way to treat someone.
After that we called LG and they sent 2 different techs out and said it cannot be fixed. So we read the guarantee that quotes after 2 times we will get a full refund or a new fridge. What a joke! Now we have to have another tech come and write a report which we already have 2, but here we go again, then LG decides what to do for us.
Please, please people make sure RCWilley will stand behind there products because they don't!
They have lost a very good customer, and I hope many more will read this and not go back.

Bought a dresser had cracks flaws in paint and broke when drawer opens. They told me to bring back that they could not pick up for almost two weeks! Then 5 days to get refund. Nothing compensated for my time and I ended up getting a truck to return so the junk didn’t have to sit in my garage for a week and a half. I have shopped there for years and it was a horrible customer service. Never again rc willey even when I went in the Roseville location they were slow and rude.

We bought a new washer and dryer decided to have it delivered instead of pick it up ourselves. Big mistake! I was suppose to be stop number 1 ended up being stop 14. Delivery guys were more than 5 hours late. Then they called and said be here in 30-40 mins. 1.5 hrs later showed up. Delivery guys are not friendly more cocky than anything . I told them the doors had to come off before bringing them in he argued with me and said it's not needed,even though we just took our old set out the night before and doors had to be removed. They carried dryer in first and dented & scratched it because the door that I said take off hit it. When I seen that happen I said something and that's when they starting blaming me and it was no big deal to them. I said I paid cash for these so now what? He said he could offer me a discount or a new dryer if they have one. I have already waited a week and wasted a entire day for attitude and now I have a damaged dryer. After I said something 1 delivery guy sat in the truck playing on his phone. Never seen him again. The other guy just threw all my paperwork from washer and dryer on top of dryer and left. I will never buy another thing from here. Delivery drivers are punks and could careless if they damage your stuff or if they are on time. Never again!
* Update called me yesterday to tell me they didn't have any more dryers ( after I was already told they had one in California) so all they could offer me is $200 off my dryer for the damage. Ridiculous!

Service is terrible. I was looking for an area rug. Struggled moving the hanging rugs for quite some time. I turned around and there was a sales person, a young man. I ask if he had been there long. He responded, "Yes, watching you." I said, "so you couldn't see I was having difficulty or even thought about asking me if I needed any assistance". No response from him. I walked out.
This was the second time I've had poor or no service. First time, a year ago, was in small appliances - two sales persons were talking and looking at their phones. Never acknowledged my presence.

When it comes to your delivery service your people are great. But your system is BS. We have to wait till the night of delivery to even know a time. Then when we get a time it’s never delivered then. For instance. I got a message saying between 245-445pm. Then get a call saying between 4-6pm then get a text saying it’s gonna be a lot later. My day was ruined plans ruined and couldn’t get money back on the cancelation of my plans. Very irritated on how you run things and you don’t do anything to make it up. This is twice I have had to deal with this. Never again will you have my Business and I will make sure everyone knows not to use you.

We really enjoy shopping at RC Willey. We got our appliances and they were installed correctly. We noticed that we were missing a shelf with the refrigerator and we contacted customer service who is taking care of getting a replacement from the manufacturer. Over all we have had a good experience doing business with RC Willey.

I was really mad at RC Willey since they cancelled my delivery without any reminder. In fact, my review was 1 star just a second ago. I decided to come back and give a fair review since my problem has been resolved and I'm very grateful for all those involved that got the delivery back on track.
My biggest suggestion is for RC Willey to please give their customers a heads up if they plan on cancelling the delivery. I was about to have to wait another week for a bed in our new condo because I paid in full one day before and not two days. I had even scheduled this specifically 3 weeks in advance so there would be no problem or conflict. The process was extremely frustrating.

We spent over $20,000 furnishing our new house when we moved to Henderson from out of state. We had a great experience in the store. Shortly after getting our leather sectional, the faulty design of the manual recliner tore a hole in the side of the reclining piece. RC Willey service dept came and replaced that piece. I was again asked if I would like to add the leather protection. I decided to add it on at this point since we already had a problem with the sectional. Within 1-2 years from our purchace, the seam on one of the arm rests is coming apart and there is discoloration or peeling of the "leather" in about 5 different spots. When we try to make a warranty claim we are told it is normal wear and tear and not covered. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the sectional and even more disappointed with the customer service and "warranty." If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will not step foot in RC Willey again. The sectional does not get a lot of use. I have a leather couch and chair that is about 12 years old that looks better than this 2 year old sectional.

I ordered 6 things on the web site. I chose a delivery date that I would be able to take off of work and be there for the order, but for some reason my order got put into two separate orders and I wasn't made aware of that when I paid for my orders. Other than that everything was great.

I had to take 4 hours of vacation time off of work for my scheduled delivery on 3/6/17. My delivery was supposed to be 12:30-3:30. I was called at 3:00 and told it would be from 3:30-5:30. I was then called at 6:05 pm and told that my table had shattered and the delivery would have to be re-scheduled.
First of all, I had to take vacation time off from work, then I sat at home all day waiting for the delivery from 12:30-6:05. Then it was never delivered.
I can't take any more time off for the delivery. I work 7:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday and cannot accommodate the delivery hours, especially when things like this happen.

Its either 5 or 6 times in a row that myself or ex or daughter have bought something and there is always something wrong. It is almost as if they expect it because the drivers are so quick to suggest delivering another one or return and get your money back. I know that's what they are supposed to do but after awhile it just loses its appeal. I can basically have it delivered one day a week because of my work schedule so if its not right then it becomes a major inconvenience. With the just purchased $2k washer & dryer I caught the problems after they hooked things up so was w/o for a week until they delivered new ones. Just bought a bedroom dresser and did not slide every drawer in and out and you guessed it...one drawer doesn't stay on the slide...I guess that wouldn't have been important to check before it was put on the truck....yes I'll just fix it myself
