Hello Everyone I just want to let you know that I Had an issue with a Range oven the model was LG I was kinda worried about buying a LG well it seems that they had not Painted the oven right cause when I went to clean it for the second time the paint came off well I had called LG and they have the worst customer service and I decided to call RC Willey and I talk to the Manager of that department and let me tell you he is An Amazing person he talked with me and resolved the problem immediately no question asked he said we will take care if you and arrange to be delivered another Stove I really appreciate the quality of service that he has provided I feel bad not remembering his name cause I would have love to include it on the E mail but I will further by taking a letter in person to Thank him for his great customer service he has provided and I will continue to Purchase fro RC Willey one again thanks you for your great Service Sincerely Ricardo Lopez .

We went to the Rocklin RC Willey to buy a side table.
Once we found the side table we wanted; it took a while to find a sales rep.
Not sure if the lack of customer service received was due to inadequate training or because our purchase was not a high dollar amount?
The side table wasn't in stock at the store. The sales rep printed me out an invoice. I was informed it would most likely arrive on Thursday. The sales rep pointed to the customer service desk. He informed me that I needed to pay the invoice there.
I noticed the other sales reps escorted their customers to the customer service desk for payment.
Thursday arrived. I had not received a call to inform me that our side table had arrived. At 4pm I called the Rocklin RC Willey store to see if our purchase had arrived. I questioned where at the store I could pick it up. At that time I was informed that I needed to pick it up at the warehouse which is at a different location. That was the first time I had been told there is a location other than the store for pickup. Neither the sales rep nor the customer service rep communicated that to me.
Arrived at the warehouse today. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to bring out our purchase. It had been misplaced. The shipping order indicated it was in a certain area of the warehouse. It was not.
Finally got the side table home. It has a nick on the top to where you can see the raw wood.
All done with RC Willey. Will not be returning.

Wow! Do not buy the extended warranty for any of the products! We purchased the extended warranty for a dishwasher and a year after owning it the upper rack track broke and they said that it wasn't covered. What is the extended warranty good for? I don't know because after looking into the list of does not covers on their website I realized the salesperson totally scammed us. Watch out for the RC Willey scam!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Stay away!! Purchased a safe and after the first attempt they called me and said they will drop it outside my house as they didn't have the right tools on their truck! I refused delivery and after the second try i was not at home but my painter was and once again they didn't have the tools to take it to the second floor so they asked my painter for help...they ended up leaving it on the last step of my floor! After coming home i noticed they ruined all my brand new laminate tiles..i called and informed them of the damage and they sent an inspector which acknowledged the damage...Then suddenly my claim got denied! A rude lady from claims called me from salt lake and informed me that my laminate was installed incorrectly and even though they ruined my laminate they will not fix it or compensate me!!! They entered my home and then ruined my laminate and didn't want to cover their horrible service! Worst customer service and most rude representitive ever! After explaining her the law and that they are liable for damage and that i have the right to install my laminate however i want in my own home she said "do whatever you want, your claim is denied" i then informed her that they left me no other option but to take them to court and her answer was "we will be waiting for the lawyer letter" and then hung up!!!
This company has Zero respect and i will never go there again! Next action unfortunately is to sue them...instead of fixing a problem they created they thru the blame on me! What a horrible company!

Prices are high, but most furniture stores are pricey. Sales people were helpful and friendly. Cashiers did not have a lot of personality, but will give them the benefit of the doubt and say that was due to it being black Friday. Delivery guys were nice but managed to damage pretty much every single leg on my sectional couch! Had big gauges and chunks torn off and pieces had actually fallen onto my carpet...which were discovered after they left and was how I knew damage had been done!! Representative came out several days later after I called about damage. Took pictures and ordered 12 new legs from the company. Not pleased that it will take 2-3 weeks for new legs to arrive. But glad that there was at least a way to replace the damaged legs 😊

Great experience buying a washing machine. I needed a replacement machine asap. Very few big box stores actually have the machine in stock, it has to be ordered and can take up to 2 weeks to receive. RC Willey not only has a great selection but they have the appliances in a warehouse just 5 minutes from the store. Their prices are comparable to anyone else, but the best part is that I get to take the purchase home on the same day!

Sales guy Kevin was fantastic and the delivery guys were super cool and professional. The delivery was a little late and we paid extra for a delivery after 2pm but then we were scheduled for 1:15-3:15pm. When I complained they gave me a gift card for the amount we paid. It was a little inconvenient but they tried to fix it.

Service is terrible. I was looking for an area rug. Struggled moving the hanging rugs for quite some time. I turned around and there was a sales person, a young man. I ask if he had been there long. He responded, "Yes, watching you." I said, "so you couldn't see I was having difficulty or even thought about asking me if I needed any assistance". No response from him. I walked out.
This was the second time I've had poor or no service. First time, a year ago, was in small appliances - two sales persons were talking and looking at their phones. Never acknowledged my presence.

When it comes to your delivery service your people are great. But your system is BS. We have to wait till the night of delivery to even know a time. Then when we get a time it’s never delivered then. For instance. I got a message saying between 245-445pm. Then get a call saying between 4-6pm then get a text saying it’s gonna be a lot later. My day was ruined plans ruined and couldn’t get money back on the cancelation of my plans. Very irritated on how you run things and you don’t do anything to make it up. This is twice I have had to deal with this. Never again will you have my Business and I will make sure everyone knows not to use you.

Purchased carpet for 5 bedrooms during a "free installation" sale. Sales person at Rocklin, CA store was great.
Must admit that we were a bit skeptical about the installation quality from a department store.
2 installers arrived on time, answered all my questions, never slacked off and completed the job in 1 day, and were very professional. Seams and ends all glued/tucked perfectly. They exceeded my expectations and could not have done better.

Update 15 days later (November 20) Review below WAS premature on RC Willey correcting their error--still NOTHING. Lowering star rating to two.
Sales woman was very helpful in our mattress purchase. We received it on time. However, it didn't seem to feel quite the same as I remembered in the store, but we had been told to give a new mattress 30 days in order to adjust to it. At the end of 30 days, I still felt it was too soft. As I began checking the mattress out and our order, I discovered it was NOT the mattress we had ordered. It was a firm, whereas we had ordered an extra firm. The mattresses even had difference names so that should have been obvious at the warehouse or on delivery truck. Even more upsetting was the fact as I checked into our billing/invoices that RC Willey had discovered this error and simply written off the difference. (The mattress we received was actually more expensive, but still not what we preferred.) So RC Willey realized a mistake was made and chose to simply square their books and NOT make it square with the customer. Since complaining about the error, they are currently in the process of switching out mattresses to the one we did order. Maybe I am premature in writing this review thinking one more delivery will get us the right mattress. Just a few months ago it took THREE deliveries to get a leather loveseat delivered that was undamaged--had not been cut. It appears we will get what we ordered, but it's extremely annoying and time consuming (both in research time, customer service calls, and having to wait around home each time a delivery is scheduled, and rescheduled and rescheduled until they get the delivery right or undamaged! RC Willey you've lost the trust and possibly future business of a customer of 40 years.

I have personally had two bad experiences with RC Willey. I will outline these experiences in chronological order.
My wife and I decided to replace my 25 year old recliner and decided to go to RC Willey at 3301 E Lanark Dr., Meridian, ID. The salesman was Keith Wheeler and after looking over the lineup of recliners, we decided to purchase a Franklin Corporation recliner that was well equipped. It had power lumbar support, power head rest support, a USB port and was a power recliner. The purchase was made on October 16, 2017. It was not in stock and we waited some time for the recliner to arrive. My nephew and I went to pick it up and when it was placed on the dock, we noticed the cardboard covering was crushed in on the left side. We asked the employee if the chair had been checked and was told that if we had any problems with it contact Customer Service and they would take care of any problems. If I would only have known!
We began to notice a few days after we placed it in the house that it would make a noise when rocking. It just did not feel right while sitting in it. Just before Christmas, we noticed that wood shavings were under the recliner. I called RC Willey customer service and they sent out a technician on December 13, 2017. He found the following problems: Backrest frame coming apart, inside of backrest cushion along zipper coming unsewn, added loose poly fill to lumbar cushion. The technician was able to resew and reinforce various items. He also found the power recliner mechanism defective and the power cord from the wall to the motor was cut. He spent about 4 hours doing a very good job with what he could repair. He told me that customer service would get the items on order and contact me when someone would be out to finish the repair. Service Order Number: 90639988.
We were notified on December 29, 2017, that parts would ship on January 2, 2018, with an ETA of January 13, 2018. At various times during the month of January we communicated with customer service on status of items. Finally on February 5, 2018, we were informed that the items were on Backorder with no ETA. We had been sitting in a defective chair since its arrival October 2017.
On February 5, 2018, we went to the RC Willey location and talked with Keith Wheeler and he was very concerned with the situation. He talked with his superiors and was willing to take back the chair and we could select a different one. We did not want a Franklin Corporation replacement. We found, what we thought was an excellent replacement. It cost an additional $59.00, but we paid the additional money and the recliner was ordered. Order # 39954572. The only place it was in stock was Phoenix, AZ and we waited some time for it to arrive. The exact dates should be on file. RC Willey picked up the Franklin Corporation recliner and delivered the Southern Motion recliner, Style SOMF 5154/186-16VINTA, Serial number: 110603494.
In mid to late 2018, the arm rests collapsed and a technician came out and stated that the “cardboard” horizontal covers over the vertical wood on the arm rests came unstapled and he worked on both arms of the recliner. He was able to re-staple the cardboard. I inquired about the dimples left in the material and he told me that more poly fill would need to be placed. I assumed that he would go back and order the poly fill. Time went on and in March of 2019, I called customer service about the problem with the chair arms and that the left facing side of the chair was lower than the right facing side. They sent out a very knowledgeable technician that stated the chair would need the arms reinforced and the recliner base would need replaced. He wrote up a service order for the above found items and poly fill to be placed in the “dimpled” arm rests. Once again waiting for parts took some time and then I was notified that they would pick up the chair on a Friday and fix it over the weekend.
During the summer of 2019, many things were happening around the house, new roof and painting plus the normal summer duties. The poly fill not being placed in the chair completely slipped my mind until October of 2019. I was scheduled for surgery in November and thought it might be a good time to check on the poly fill as I would be using the chair more frequently. I called customer service and talked with a very customer service oriented individual by the name of Jennifer. She looked at the records and noticed that the poly fill had not been installed in the chair as written on the work order. She was going to be off the next day and would have her supervisor give me a call. I did not hear from anyone and so I called back to customer service and requested to talk with Jennifer. I was informed that she would talk with supervisor and call me back. After a short time Jennifer called me back and told me that “the Warranty was no longer valid and that recliner was a Manufacture Defect. I should take the chair to McDowells Specialty Repair for the poly fill”.
Needless to say, the lack of poly fill should be taken care by RC Willey or someone associated with the manufacture, Southern Motion. I am not happy with the decision of RC Willey customer service.

After I spent an evening traveling between home-improvement stores and electronics retailers, and finding that all could order the microwave I wanted but with a hefty shipping fee and three days to six weeks delivery. I went home and found the exact model I wanted in stock at RCWilley's IDC. I ordered late at night and picked it up early the next morning. Total time to pick up was about 5 mins. The best Will Call experience ever.

I have shopped at RCWilley for a few decades and have actually furnished almost 20 properties with them in the last 18 months. My opinion of them has just changed as I just bought a new Washer & Dryer and it will not spin, causing me to have to actually wring the cloths by hand. They sent a service tech out and he said everything was fine and gave me some pointers. Well I did everything he said and yet I'm still wringing cloths by hand and they tell me even though its only 6 weeks old it has to have 3 major repairs or I need to deal with the manufacturer. I guess the years of loyalty and the extended warranties mean nothing and they have just lost a customer who probably spends well over 20 to 30k a year on his properties. Anyway just very frustrated and wanted to vent. Good bye RC Willey.
