Great quality for the price! I NEED my E25s for the gym. AirPods kept falling out but these stay in place and the return and warranty are much better than what other brands offer!!

I’ve been using my Raycon E55’s for about 6 months now and I have to say I love these for running and working out at the gym. Never had earbuds that stayed in place like these without having a behind-the-ear loop. Plus the sound has a little more bass and volume than other brands like AirPods. Perfect for the last mile. Will definitely be checking them out next time I’m back in the market.

awful company. Ordered on 11/28 its 12-12 still did not ship ask them they say you should have them 7-10 days . Past 10 days still not shipped customer service answers every email with a question then takes 2 days to respond with another question. A total joke!!!

I got a pair of raycon e55 as a gift and I have been impressed from day one. Packaging is beautiful, pairing is super easy,great sound and once my wife showed me how to properly put them in they have been snuggly and securely in my ears on constant basis...

Ordered buds for Christmas 2019 for my son at the start of November. It is now 2 days off new year. Tracking says delivered. Customer service just send automated email saying a support ticket has been raised. Avoid as your likely to lose your money.

Your earbuds are amazing. I bought four pairs. Your customer service is the best. I had a couple of questions and a return on one pair of earbuds and your customer service team helped with everything. One problem i had with my brand new gold pair. I was wearing them on an airplane and someone bumped my shoulder and the one earbud fell out and I never found it. Is there any way to get one replacement ear bud? I would recommend your products to everyone.

Purchased the Raycon E55 in gold. The fit is great and exercising and listening to music with these earbuds are great. The clarity while talking on the phone is very poor and the person on the other end is always asking me to repeat what I said. I was excited to receive my Raycon but I am very disappointed in the quality.

I had it for quite some time but then one day, my left earbud stopped working. It would sing and say power on but afterwards nothing. I tried turning it off, nothing. I tried turning it on, nothing. It sucks

Love the E25’s. Have a pair for myself and have bought a pair each for my 4 kids. These are great for working out, hiking, work around the house and many other activities. Thanks for making these. Can’t say enough about these.

The customer service was friendly but seemed to not be in the loop with the rest of the company.
I was sent the wrong color of head phone that was for a Christmas present.
I was told a new pair was out right away and a return label would be emailed... neither was sent and the gift was slightly ruined.
I was told that's not how it works and I have to now go through the exchange process... Now the original color is unavailable
Original color ordered is now discontinued and is not available.
I'm just going to keep what I have because I don't believe this company has the capacity to return my money when I send the product back.
Please take this warning to heart. I saw similar reviews and figured it was just isolated incidents.. I was wrong. They make trendy internet ads and have youtube plugs but that seems to be where the dime stops.

Received defective earbuds.
They want to charge you money to get new ones.
They purposefully hide the return address so they can charge you $5.
I figured I was the only one, but now I'm looking into filing with consumer regulatory agencies. No one else should be scammed by this horrible company with products that may or may not work, and you may or may not get a replacement. This ends now.

Ordered earbuds for my daughter 26th November as they were on her Christmas list. No tracking updates despite multiple e-mails, but was assured they had been sent by customer services and they were working with 'customs' to clear them. Clearly lied to as they were only shipped on the 17th and turned up today missing Christmas.
Had to buy a second set of competitors earbuds so my daughter could have them for Christmas day.
Shocking service, lied to me and now stuck with a second set we don't need - from my experience I'd avoid them.
Automated response to review after 6 weeks that does not address the issue of being lied to. Seems typical of other reviews regarding customer service. Shame as the quality of buds are quite good

I have tried at least 6 other brands of Bluetooth earbuds, from low end to high end. These are the only ones that stay in my ears. My only complaint is that I wish they were more waterproof. But they fit great, are so easy to pair, the case fits nicely in my pocket. They are lightweight and don't stick way out.

I love these earbuds. Got the E25 in rose gold & was not disappointed. I got the E25 in blue for a gift for my husband & he loves them too. I also tried the E55 & those are great as well.
They are so affordable & terrific sound as well.

I have the same issue the left earbud just doesn't work, it repeats "pairing mode" from time to time, but no sound it coming out except when i turn it "on" or "off".
