Ordered these about a week ago and received them earlier than expected.
The first thing I have to say about these earbuds is how well they fit in your ears. It's very snug and doesn't feel as if it's going to fall out even when you're exercising (e.g. jogging, etc.). This was my main concern and an annoying problem I have to deal with for most earbuds.
Secondly, the sound quality is fantastic. It's clear and is a lot better than what I was expecting. There's no crackling noises you'd normally experience with cheaper speakers.
So far I've had no problems at all with these earbuds. Highly recommend.

Bought the E50 eardrums, wish I hadn't.
They wouldn't play anything back without stuttering every now and again. Right earphone started cutting out too after a while.
Sent back for a refund as I was told to via email and the person who received it just drew a smiley for the signature and I never heard back from the company again. They're just ignoring me and I've lost my £80

My son purchased their wireless earbuds. They took over two weeks to come in and worked for a day but then stopped pairing and the company would not respond until after their 30 day return policy was up then, no refund. DO NOT buy from them.

Terrible service. I ordered E100 Earbuds a month ago and I'm still waiting for it. I live in London, United Kingdom and I've been chasing @RayCON Global and YODEL Courier and it's been an absolute joke! And the most annoying thing is they keep sending me emails for my feedback on the product I don't have.

The worst customer service, I have ever experienced. The fact that they only have Facebook and e-mail for customer service tells a lot. Every reply takes almost a day, and the responses are just jokes. If you have a package that the tracking shows it already delivered, but you didn't receive anything, then good luck with RAYCON SERVICE.

I bought the E50 rechargeable bluetooth earphones from Raycon. it's slick system. The storage case has a battery that will recharge the ear buds five times before you have to recharge the case! However the earbuds have to pair to each other before you can pair to you handheld device. Mine won't. They didn't send an invoice with the package the had the system when it arrived. I followed all the steps but only the left ear bud would pair. I wrote them back. They told me to try a certain procedure and it might take several tries. I did that, TEN TIMES. Still nothing. I wrote back asking for my order number required to return the device. I didn't get it. I threatened to have the charges reversed if I didn't get my order number to send them back. I got an order number but it won't recognize it so I can get an authorization to return them. I'm just going to call my bank and get the charges reversed and send them back and tell them to cram them where the sun don't shine. I did email them. They had my email address incorrect. I reentered my information and now I have to wait for them to decide if they’ll approve the return. What a joke.
