Rattan Ebike Store Reviews

Both my wife and myself are retired. For the past 20 years we rode motorcycles. She had a Harley and I an Indian. With age creeping up we decided to sell the motorcycles and buy two Ebikes. This was a big change and we had doubts we might regret it. Let me tell you, we have just as much fun on these Ebikes as we did with the big bikes. They are built like tanks, get a lot of attention, much safer, and they are fast. We can easily ride 30 miles in an afternoon. Another plus is we plan on attaching them on our motorhome instead of hauling a vehicle behind it.

Ordered online and got tracking information and received the bike within 5 days. boxed nicely, no damage to the box. Set up the bike in an hour. all good runs nicely. the battery charger port did not fit the battery. Contacted Rattan support via email and received a response, within 24hours, to send pictures of issue. I sent the pictures and got a reply from support, with a Fed X tracking number. The factory had used different size prongs in the port of the battery. Rattan sent the adapter and all is working good now. Note the phone number was not working.
I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but this was not my experience. I am very happy with the bike performance and customer service provided by Rattan North America

Got the eBike a day early. Came completely packed in Styrofoam. It was 97% pre-assembled. Only had to unfold the eBike at its center, slide the handlebars and seat into their respective tubes. Unfold the pedals and that's it! The tires needed a little air, but still had enough in them to ride to the gas station and inflat the tires properly. The owners manual was highly vague. Not much help at all. I had to go online and surf the internet for the LCD control unit's manual. Was able to download it and then program the eBike. The control manual said the eBike is a level 3 unit and governed to 28 MPH. Well, I got mine up to 36.6 MPH going down a small hill! Wow! Such fun. I have almost a hundred miles on my I-PAS Rattan LM750 and enjoying every mile. This eBike meets or exceeds all expectations. I would recommend this eBike to any and everybody! You will not be bummed out. Cheers!

Bought mine(XL)on indegogo and got it in June. Over 400 miles no problems, awesome bike. Built like a tank

Ordered bike Sunday Night and received Tuesday! Wow this thing is fun, my parents have the Lectric XP and this thing is almost identical without the long shipping wait. Plus I think it looks sharper and it has Suspension this is a must for a comfortable ride. Took it out for its first ride in about 5 mins after unpacking everything it was read to go! Can wait to travel all over with this new portable bike!

Our Fatbear just arrived today. This thing is so well designed and built that I was completely stoked to get it on the road.
This thing hauls to 25+ with no problem. So smooth and sassy we just purchased another one two hours later.
Heads are turning in this neighborhood.

The bike was shipped the day after order, it arrived in excellent condition, set up and assembly was easy and fast. This E Bike is exactly what I expected, bought it about a month ago. Took about 2 hours to assemble and make adjustments. Bike works great. Using LG as a manufacturer is a great comfort. Shimano 7 Speed Gear Shift System, and 350W motor this power is what I need. Would recommend to anyone!

So far i have not been disappointed. I was wanting an ebike as I'm a chronic pain patient with a bad back and pedaling does not work well for me on it's own. With the throttle mode enabled this thing can get up and go easily and quickly. I'm 6'4" and almost 260 pounds and it will hit about 15/16mph on the motor alone for me.
I would recommend this bike for the price.Over all the bike feels steady and sturdy, and of good quality.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the bike and I will eventually update this review after it's received a lot of love, I encourage anyone who is thinking about getting into the ebike world to seriously consider this.

Took about 2 hours to assemble and make adjustments. Bike works great. Using LG as a manufacturer is a great comfort. Shimano 7 Speed Gear Shift System, and 350W motor this power is what I need. Tremendous value compared to what you get at a dealer.
I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this electric bike. I find that the twist grip throtle works better for me than the peddle assist low, medium and high settings. It is not necessary to change out of high gear to climb most hills while peddling with the throttle also providing power. The shocks work well on dirt paths and the seat is comfortable. This bike goes maximum speed up to 19 mph on flat ground. I have been able to go about 24 miles using combined power and peddling before running out of battery.
Put this bike in with the few I am considering, also the locking and removable battery is something that is also a very important selling point, It has a locking mechanism and requires a key to detach it from the bike. In fact it is rechargeable away from the bike even better. I will definitely be riding this to work as often as the weather permits. It cut my commute time in half without a break of sweat.
I will look to buy from them in the future along with recommending to all my friends.

Im a 100% disabled Veteran and have bad knees that prevented me from riding bikes. This bike has made it possible to do that again!! The pedal assist modes are fantastic, I can pedal and exercise, but when my knees start hurting I can go pure electric mode and rest them. It climbs hills with ease and the ride is very smooth. I've put 12 miles on the bike so far and Im loving it more with every ride. I highly recommend this bike to everyone!
