- Used Ratepay to book tickets on Flixbus.
- After 10 days, I receive a mail saying that I should cough up 10 Euros because of "debit return".
- I always had excess balance in my account and further, never received any reminder about it.
- No customer care executive can speak in English

Absolute fraud. I tried RatePay for a payment on one order. I never received a bill or an invoice. I even reached out to the original seller. Next thing I know I get a letter AFTER they send me to collections and now their collections company wants more money. Unacceptable. Clearly this is how they make their money. DO NOT USE RATEPAY.

What kind of company in an international society does not have any employees speaking English in 2019?!?
RatePAY does not deserve to have any foreign customers, but they only want to get profits from non-Germans without knowing English, and refusing to give customer service in English. That is not fair at all.
Where are German companies heading to in the highly globalised world??
