Ranking Coach are scammers DO NOT sign up for any free trial they will tell you that you are contracted in and try and take £380 from your card up front, they need to be stopped from doing this.

I didnt mind pay for there service I do mind them charging my credit card $60.00 than advertise the wrong information here my last discussion with the team member john stating he would request a refund no refund and nothing resolved if I could give negative star I would watch out for this company
,
Very sorry, I was pulled away from my desk.
I will ask for a refund for your account, since you want to dispute the payment. I will also still check with our team on the error you shared with me.
As for your Google being suspended, I am not sure on this. If we created the listing for you, I will check as well. As normally Google only suspends it if the listing violates their T and C.
I will let you know the process on the refund.
Best,
John

Seriously. steer clear of this company. Once they have your payment details you will never get rid of them. Second year in a row that they have debited my Paypal account without authorisation. I paid for the initial taster of GBP24.95 but cancelled soon after (well within the time allowed to try the product) yet I was still debited GBP300,00 and they refused to reimburse me. Thankfully Paypal helped me out. Unfriendly staff - all they care about is getting your money. Buyer beware!
UPDATE: The staff have been far more accommodating this time and have seemed genuinely keen to help. The CEO even wrote to me and the issue has been resolved thankfully.

Scam! They give you 7 days of trial. The cancel subscription button is invisible, they make it really hard for you to cancel. After that they charge you between 60 to 400£ and they send you an invoice for it! If you try to reach them out they don’t reply. I tried to email them twice asking to cancel my subscription, they never replied. Luckily I found the unsubscribe button. Scam never seen a website more scammy than this and they put a lot of efforts to make it look good. The service is not what they advertise and somehow low key they also open a google ad account on your name which charges you as well. I used a bank card with no money in so luckily I haven’t been charged. Beware.

Like many have said the company is a scam. They give you a free 7 day trial which is difficult to cancel within that given time period. They also will automatically deduct 420 pound from your account when the trial is up. As for the actual product it is not worth it.

I tried to write a review here a few times, but I could not complete the review because I felt that somehow, Ranking coach company will do the right thing.
i am particularly thankful to Andrea who refunded my $80.00 today. It was a 7 day trial that I did not complete. I actually wrote a few emails to explan why we could not continue with the service, and finally they understood and made a refund accordingly. I know that a lot of people have written many bad reviews about Ranking coach, but maybe if we can exercise a little patient and explain things in details like I did, there will not be any reason for bad review.
I thank Ranking Coach today through their staff Andrea for showing how much they care about their customers. My company will come back soon to request your service. We trust you and your service. Thanks.

I cancelled a free trial, but they still charged me £8.34 and I accepted their explanation for the charge, this was on June 25. Since then they have been sending me unwanted emails, four or five at a time and four to six times a day. I have unsubscribed about 10 times and have also written to them to stop. They have responded three times that no more emails would be sent, but they are still sending it.

I started a 7 day free trial and continued to try to start to set up a google ad. On the first day of my free trial they sent me an invoice for £360. I cancelled my subscription and then they subsequently took the money from my bank account, the advert still hand not gone live. They promised to refund my money, then a further £60 was taken from my account. Apparently this time because if you set up a google ad on a free trial it entitles them to cancel a FREE TRIAL and automatically charge you a months fee of £60.
DO NOT USE. They promote free trial then very quickly take £420 all within 24hrs of signing up Even though no paid product was used.

All this is misleading and Ranking Coach are not helpful, as their team never works on anything at all. They are clever at giving deceitful replies with no intention to do as advertised. Passed from agent to agent over months of wasted time this.breaks Trading Standards. My advice is avoid them all together as will cause loss of money and time and a lot of distress along the way.My bank are pursuing them over a dispute so I may have my money back.

Read first before you sign anything. Customer service are terrible as you can wait their replies days and days until your trial period will end!
If u a lucky and did cancel on time then u keep receiving emails like a spam from them with their “offers”. I did order new card to make sure my funds is safe! Marketing works very well that how there are making money on you!

They jusg took about 60 pounds form my account not even after the trial period. It is a big scam. We don't even know how to get the refund now. I don't want to use the servcie because they lied about their trial period. I just want my refund back.
Re- they did get back to us and sorted it out. We got our refund in full. It is not a scam which we thought hence, you just need to be careful and read their policies and servcies they provide properly.

Again, do not give this company your money. They are as a slimy as they come. They will take your money and not assist you or help you in anyway. Their website is completely unhelpful and difficult to navigate. In addition to they promised a seven day free trial and trick you to sign up. When I noticed money taken from my account I notified them and asked them to cancel it & they refused. I have no idea even what I signed up for. During a time like this to take advantage of people and lie. You are disgusting

Signing up for Ranking Coach is easy. Getting out of the trial is hard. I honestly think this service could help my businesses. There were some good reviews. However they are very deceptive about getting away from there services and scam you back into the fold. I took a free 7 day trial with the option to cancel at anytime in that period. On the fourth day I decided I didn't have time at this point to do all the things to rank higher in search engines. Of course, they had an option to do all the footwork for you at additional price. So I went to cancel on their website and it took 15 minutes or more to find a way to opt out. You have to go through the hoops. Finally found it. After canceling it I got two email with two different discount prices to continue with the program. The second offer was very good, $20 a month. I thought for that price I'd give it a try. Well they hit my Paypal account in a matter of minutes and not for the $20 a month but for the yearly subscription rate of $249. No where did it say it would bill as a one time payment. Trying to get a hold of someone to cancel the service was impossible and I was forced to stop payment.t to Paypal through my bank. I have had a great relationship with Paypal and I'm waiting to see the flack I will take for doing this. So my final thought is that Ranking Coach might be a good service but you would have to be a simpleton to deal with their money grabbing policies.
