Phoned the 0333 number for customer service and they said I need to send a picture of my card to verify account. Find this highly unsafe and if they needed to verify card then surely it shouldn't let me pay deposits with it either?? Really unhappy with service received as no one getting back to me!

Come to realise Lady Luck is one big con. You suck us in with your bonus codes but never seem to win anything. Always seem to lose lose and lose all my money.
If I at least broke even in my losses or even made some profit then my response would be positive however this is a very negative response from me. I have wasted too much of my money on Lady Luck.
