I’ve bought a dining several days ago. It came yesterday with a defect and the table turned to be good just for staging the house where no one lives and uses it. As if you lean on the side of the table it will break. I called the store within an hour after delivery and now I’ll be charged 20% + shipment 137$ for the return, which they never mentioned before, just put on the contract. I asked several times if I can replace and return an item in any case. I was not informed in words about the 20% charge. Ana mentioned: “make sure to check everything while the drivers there”. Does this phrase mean that I have to know I’ll be charged 20% off the purchase + shipment? And then in the store against the contract and indicated policy I was forced to pay the fee only by cash or debit card :) or my documents will not be submitted. I refused as you can't make someone do this unless there is a signed policy. I offered to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference and the delivery, which seems to be fair, but my offer was rejected or considered only after paying 20% and + shipment cost :). seems like the store is making money only on 20% of returns. Customer service is rude and have no idea about service customers and win-win strategies

I wanted to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference, but same conditions 20% and + shipment cost :)
The store is always empty and seems like the owners and managers only earn in returns.
So on the product of almost 1400$ the total cost of return was more than 400$. How many paid deliveries could it be!

Worst customer service I've come across. I was suppose to get my mattress delivered on dec 28. They called me 3 weeks before and told me they weren't coming till jan. I told them I couldn't wait. They said they would come on the dec 29. I cut my kids Christmas vacation because they were delivering the 29th. Janet from the homestead store called that morning and told me they weren't coming because we're the only thing they have coming to the Keys and they're not coming down just for that. If I wanted to I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up myself. Told me to call Joe Jarvick which was the guy in charge of sending out deliveries. Boy is that the worst person to have in that position. He told me they're not coming for one thing in the Keys. I told him that's unacceptable. I needed the bed. He told me take it or leave it. I told him to give me the number or email to someone above him. He said there was no one alive him except the CEO and he wasn't giving me that. I've should've listen to all of the horror stories about this company but I thought I was getting a deal. But like they say, you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I purchased furniture from Rana Furniture
When I received my sofas they were defective. The recliner did not work and the leather was torn. The installers overlooked ( or turned a blind eye) to tear in the leather. I called Rana to replace or take back the sofa because I purchased a new one and not a defective one. They refused to replace or return the merchandise. Instead offered to order a new motor and fix the tear.
The customer service supervisor was no help and was very unprofessional, she could care less that I received a defective sofa that I paid $2500 for. Instead she blamed me for not inspecting the product. I would have flipped the sofa over if I could, but I don't posses the strength to do so.
There is no accountability with this company. Here we are over a week and we have not received a call or a fix to our situation. Unfortunately, I have to seek legal help.

Compramos hace algunos dias varios muebles en este almacen, un juego de alcoba completo por un valor superior a lo $3,000.00 dolares, 2 colchones ortopedicos twin con sus respectivas bases ajustables, por un valor superior a los 5,000.00 dolares, un colchon esta imperfecto con 2 agujeros en un lado y con los hilos salidos en la parte superior, se establecio el reclamo el dia 07/13/17 CASO #SO182278, hoy 07/29/17 no hemos recibido el remplazo. compramos una mesa de comedor con 6 sillas, el cual no esta en uso porque no es para nuestra casa sino para mi cuñada, en el movimiento para limpiar el piso se partio un espaldar de una de las sillas mostrando la pobre calidad del mueble que no corresponde al valor pagado por este, $800.00 dolares, se hizo el reclamo para cambiarlo por otro mueble de mejor calidad y solo aceptaron cambiar la parte dañada, caso #SO184300, pero yo quiero o la devolucion del dinero o un mueble de mejor calidad . me siento estafado. SOFA SLEEPER SAGGING WAY TOO EARLY!!!! I WAS TOLD IT WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. I HAVE NEVER USED THE SLEEPER. WE ARE WORKING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME TO EVEN SIT ON TH SOFA . THERE ARE ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN MY HOME. THE LOVESEAT IS GREAT. I AM THE OWNER OF A DUPLEX. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS FURNITURE I HAD AN EMPTY SIDE. I HAD IT ON THAT SIDE FOR ABOUT FOUR MONTHS BEFORE I EVEN MOVED OVER. WHICH MEANS, I DIDN'T EVEN USE IT FOR THAT TIME. I JUST THINK THAT THIS WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER WELL. I SENT PICTURES OF THE SLEEPER TOUCHING THE FLOOR. I NOW HAVE BOARDS FROM HOME DEPOT UNDER THE COUCH SO THAT THE CUSHINGS WOULD NOT SINK IN. ITS EMBARRASSING AND I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RANA AGAIN!!!!!

I tried to return a brand new loveseat within 30 days of purchase, not even opened, in its
Original package, and a representative told me that there was no way i could return it back
