It took months for us to decide on the floor for us. What a selection!!! We must have been to the store at least a half a dozen times. Pam and Nancy were fabulous. They spent so much time offering suggestions and patiently showing us one sample after another. The ladies spend a great deal of time teaching us about our options with the various hardwood floors and alternatives. Never once were we made to feel like we were being rushed into a decision.
We didn't hesitate to go back and have custom area rugs made to order after our floors were installed. Once again, we were so thrilled with the help we received. We ordered about one week before the holidays, but somehow the ladies rushed our order and made sure that we had a special home delivery in time for Christmas!
There's no question that I will definitely go back to the store. I would highly recommend Carpet One to my friends and neighbors... in fact, I already have!

We've used Ramtown Carpet One several times throughout the years for all of our flooring needs and have never been disappointed! Nancy and Pam are always friendly and professional when we enter the store and always do a great job helping us choose just the right flooring for our home! Installation always takes place when expected and the installers are always neat and do a great job! I'd highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One to anyone looking to have their floors done!

I shopped extensively for hardwood flooring that would compliment my kitchen and was budget friendly. I visited Ramtown Flooring many times during this process and each time was greeted by their pleasant and helpful staff. They never tired of my questions and very patiently explained my options and made recommendations based on my needs.
It is so refreshing to find a store that didn't try to oversell me. They truly listened and wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I am delighted and would highly recommend them.
