This company is top notch! From the initial choice of carpet to the measure to the install--each step, we were made to feel like we were all that mattered to them! Even special circumstances were no problem! Pam and Tom came out to the house and were with us each step of the way...especially when our entire house was done in one day!! I highly recommend this company and the amazing people that work there!!

As soon as you enter the showroom your made to feel comfortable. Nancy and Pam did a great job taking their time explaining what floors would be best for my situation. they took their time and answered every question. Installation was done on time and my new floors look beautiful. the whole experience was such a breath of fresh air.

I just had my kitchen floor done in a laminate and it looks beautiful. The two men that did the installation were very friendly and accommodating.
They moved everything and installed as real professionals. We will soon need carpeting for our living room and we will return to Ramtown Carpet One. These people are honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Carpet One did a great Job for me. I Appreciate all the work Nancy did for me. Also Tommy was a lot of help gave me great deal quick and easy installation and helped me in every step of the way. I definitely appreciate all the work they did and I would recommend them to all my friends family co-workers. If you need any type of Carpet you definitely have to give them a call. My friend Chrissy connected me with them because I'm trying to put my house on the Market and they gave me the VIP realtor discount which was awesome. Like I said if you need any type of Carpeting in your home give Tommy a call and go to Ramtown Carpet One !!!!

Ramtown carpet provided me with great service as a repeat customer. I would not return if the customer service was not satisfactory. Tom is an excellent communicator and the store provides great quality flooring. We love the carpet in my sons room and I was impressed by the level of guidance in making the right selection that was provided to me. The entire staff is experienced and clients will never feel rushed. I highly recommend Ramtown Carpet because it is also affordable.

I had issues with another vendor coming to my house to give an estimate. They did not show up twice so I called Ramtown and Tommy came out right away. He was very professional and even had the team come out a second time to look over the job and provide a proper quote. They were able to schedule the date we wanted for redoing our hard wood floors. The quote was reasonable and the finished product was top notch. They showed up on time, they left very little dust and the floors look great. I would highly recommend them to family and friends and will use them again when needed. Thanks Ramtown team!!

A great experience beginning with the knowledgeable sales staff, Nancy and Pam, who accessed our lifestyle and helped us choose a carpet that would withstand the accidents our two dogs have sometimes while staying within our budget. With new furniture we were concerned about the installation but Tommy, the customer service manager, made sure that the installation was flawless, and the installers were great. They were courteous, careful and neat.
Looking forward to our next floor project and working with the Ramtown team again.

I had wood put down in 2 rooms in my home. There was an issue after the first floor was put down. It had nothing at all to do with Ramtown Floors, but instead with the manufacturer. Ramtown couldn't have been more accommodating. Even when the manufacturer would not correct the problem, Ramtown did. They took a financial loss and fixed what the manufacturer should have. NEVER has that ever happened to us! We were stunned and thought we would have to live with something we were less than happy with. Thank you so much to all the staff at Ramtown. I ma so much more than thrilled with my flooring from Ramtown Carpet One.
All who see it are so impressed.
I usually tell people to take off their shoes or get down and feel it - most of mine look like real wood but so much better.
Add to this real people who like people and are sold on their product to help you - well, if I had to do it again - no other place to go !!!!!!!!!!!
