I am writing this review with permission from the corporate office customer service representative. I called them to complain about the overcharge on the cake. I got charges 26.99 on 14.99 cake. I believe the person in the bakery section made mistake when she created the ticket for me. I didn't wanted to drive back there to get my refund, but I wanted them to be more careful next time. But, without an apology, she told me to post it on google if I want to. and then she hung up on me. Raley’s used to be great.

When it comes to raley's, this place is getting worst then bad and dropping. When I walk in one of these places I can tell that management uses their co-workers as stress relief balls. Having one bagger to bag for 3 to 5 cashiers all alone which takes 10 minutes or more to get your turn, I rather spend the day at the DMV at least their lines move faster, the bathrooms are always dirty like the rest of the store and out of everything. The parking lot has carts all over the place and it fells like that management is just dumping their duties on to others who have no training on anything but bagging. I feel such pity for them cause management sets them up for failure, cutting their hours, and treating them like trash. I give them negative 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 don't try to work there unless you want to be a bone being chew on by a dog.
