Bike broke down after a few months. Company doesnt fix my bike athough under warranty and despite fact I have returned broken part.
They have aready broken their promise twice about sending me the faulty part replacent claiming supplier is busy! I have been waiting now over a month and dont have a bike to use.
Radon also hanged up the phone on me in the middle of our conversation. Shame on you Radon! Very rude and unproffesional.
Strangest thing of all is that I received a notification of my claim case delay at 23:26 on a Friday night (the second one in a month!). What king of person would send such an email at that time of the day. What is most strange is that this mail came 5 days after I was reassured that part was already ordered and would be delivered withinn 7 days time. Shall I assume the promise was an explicit lie or simply the company delays on purpose in order to stop customers making any repair claims within the warranty. Either case scenarios are equally alarming and dishonest.
Please avoid this company at any cost. I dont normaly write reviews but I have been shocked by how unhelpful, cold and unprofessional this company is, despite the fact the sell expensive bikes. Customer service is horrible, and this is an understatement.
However, what goes around comes around. In the long term it is them who will lose out as the customers are not that ignorant.
You should be ashamed of yourselves for destroying the image of German products and customer service abroad Radon and Bike-Discount.
