At mt druitt store I was told that the hitachi smart tv i rented could go on the internet the same as a computer and that was misleading but didn't know so i got it on a 3 year plan now we have a crap TV that we neither wanted nor are happy with so really I wouldn't give radio rentals the time of day let alone a star

I havn't bought from Radio Rentals for over 40 years as I have always found they were expensive. To my surprise, their online price for my new fridge was cheaper than the competition. Price also included delivery, installation of new fridge and disposal of old one These were additional costs with the other retailer. Prompt delivery and friendly helpful delivery staff put the icing on the cake.

I was promised a cashback on my purchase of the comp , turns out the salesman made a mistake , to get the cashback I now have to resign another contract over 24 months instead of the original 12 month plan I wanted. In other words that cashback program like everything else at Radio rentals is just another con job.After being a great and loyal customer I deserve better. It’s not the bloody $211.00 that concerns me is the salesman made a mistake and I have to end up paying for it. Never ever again will I purchase another item through Radio Rentals, you are a my great of an organisation and here’s me loyal for 50 years and what do I get nothing but crap. I told that Robert of this morning for not even advising me of the new events that had taken place, I had to ring him .

Purchased air-conditioner on-line, website said item was available to order. Received phone call following day to inform us item was not available (despite to this day website still advertising item as available) and they recommended another brand at the same cost to us. We agreed only after they assured us item was new stock as per what we purchased. Waited for delivery, only to be disappointed when item was discovered to be second hand display stock, scratched and marked and not all of the components were supplied (remote, mounting brackets, installation manual missing). Phoned customer service to be informed that it was display stock and that they would find replacement components. We requested a new unit, only to be informed that there were none available and only display stock were left (a disclosure of that would have been nice online, and for customer service to have informed us of this fact before assuring us it was new stock...). After not willing to pay full price for an item that was second hand and incomplete, they cancelled our order and said they would arrange collection of unit and refund our money (refund only available after unit is collected). Still waiting on collection of item so we can receive our refund... terrible service, item not supplied as promised and inconvenienced.

The staff at Gepps Cross, especially Chris and management, went above and beyond to correct a previous oversight and to keep us happy. The oversight was quickly corrected and we went away once again glad that we had chosen Radio Rentals to do business with. Now it is a wait and see whether we get the refund that is due to us.
I would like to add that if you have concerns or are not happy with the product that has bee sold/rented to you then go back and speak to staff in store and they will fix it for you, they did for me.

I still don't trust that I am about to pay $4000 for a $1600 fridge and the sales member didn't listen to what I needed but just kept trying to sell me the most expensive fridge and then also tried to sell me a couch, TV or vacumm

As a pensioner on a fixed income i have nothing but praise for radio rentals and supportive help i recently applied for a andriod tablet and deep fryer as radio rentals is a retailer selling many products from many suppliers i focus less on the quality of indavidual products they sell and more on service and there willingness to assist me i am very happy with my purchase and it is the responsibility of the shopper to know the product they seek quality is a resonsibility of the manufacture not the retailer so in that sense knowing that and past experience with radio rentals i would urge people to ask questions before buying because most staff at radio rentals have the best advice to help your choice give them a chance they have continued to give me many

Quite possibly the company with the rudest customer service staff I’ve ever come across. Have you ever come across a company that has its customer service staff send you sms messages asking you when you’ll be making a payment on your account? I receive a reminder email if I accidentally miss a payment and am given a date to make payment by - great! Yet here I am, 10 days before that date and some child in their customer service department is harassing me by text message. Also, they have an automated call service where if your payment is late they JUST KEEP RINGING YOU. I mean, at the moment, I’m receiving 12 calls a day. And I just had someone knock on my front door because I am $49 overdue - meaning, due to a public holiday and my pay not going in, the direct debit bounced back. Avoid this company at all costs. I should have done more research before I signed up because now I’m stuck in a contract with these thieves and I’ll be paying quadruple what this product is worth and at the end of it they’re still expecting me to pay it out so I own it. Thieves!

Went in to replace our computer that had suddenly died. The process was easy and I was surprised by the amount I was approved for which enabled me to get some accessories.
I hoped I would be able to obtain the goods I needed but was sceptical as I'm currently on maternity leave.
This was not a problem and I was able to get what I needed.
Unfortunately the wait to get approved instore took nearly two hours from start of application (getting all information) to final approval. This was very inconvenient as I had my young son with me that was hit and bothered being a very hot day as well as being tired and hungry. Luckily he was very good for me which helped but it could have been quite distressing if he wasn't behaving.
I understand there is some time needed in order to determine suitability however this amount of time seems excessive.
