they should include phone number for support because through email it's such a slow process. they will definitely help you but it takes long though

Two seperate orders of baofeng uv5r+ totaling 30 radios. 1 arrived on the second order not working properly. Contacted seller and they sent a replacement, they did not request the non working radio returned. Nice to have the spare parts!

I ordered a few radio's with Radioddity. After the trackingcode didn't work, the customer service immediately send me a working code, so I could follow the shipment. After receiving the radio's, it turned out one of them wasn't working. Radioditty immediately send me a new radio, no questions asked, and even expedited the shipment so it arrives sooner. A+ customer support and a big thumbs up to Radioddity.

Radio received in only 4 days, excellent quality equipment. I have been a DMR user for only 3 months, and it helps to have a bit of background in DMR, and this radio is quite easy to program and get going. Amateur Radio Operator's licence is required to use this radio.

I bought a radio that I never received. I sent an email which was answered almost immediately. After several emails back and forth Radioddity shipped a new radio. It was expedited, so I received it in 2 days from the new shipment date. This shows me Radioddity is a legit company that cares about each of it's costumers.

These radios have proven to be reliable. Good battery life and clear audio on receive and transmit. Durable cases and good form factor. I own a pair of GD-77 and GA2S units. Radioddity support is excellent as well.

Radioddity was recommended to me from a fellow ham. Exceptional support --when my first 9600 had a fault -- I emailed them and received fast, convenient and effective response. Outstanding price for a MD-9600 where quality ranks high. I liked it so much, bought another despite having previously purchased many Motorola DMR radios. Software is a bit unstable but improving with each CPS and firmware release. Highly recommend Radioddity if interested in a DMR radio for exceptional price, performance and support.

I would have given you a great 5 star rating instead of just 3 stars, had it not been for the fact that you claimed that the item I ordered is not readily available, hence I opted for refund. You need to have and show full disclosure of inventory inavailability at the time of order placement. I have ordered several items from you in the past, and was very happy (5 star rating) with the service, fast email response, and delivery.
