I wish I'd looked at this website before i ordered two refurbished phones for my children - their first phone, their main birthday present, and they never arrived - and what's worse they kept promising so we kept waiting. Two very disappointed children. Eventually gave up and refund was promised but unsurprisingly not delivered - so we had to get the credit card company involved. Finally got refund, but will never use again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have never experienced anything like this. I ordered 4 iPhones 7 for business use. They took 3 weeks to arrive and i am still waiting for the one. 2 of the phones have been sent back to be fixed meaning more time without phones.
Ironic that they are called "quick fix mobile" when there is nothing quick about them. They said it was so slow because of there strict quality procedures however all 4 phones you cant be heard on, flash not working, screen not working in certain places.
ITS A JOKE. what you save on this website you spend in time and energy. Customer service is terrible and the phones are even worse.

I purchased an iPhone 6 on December 5th, after chasing the customer care team and then asking for a refund the phone was finally delivered on Dec 23rd, and was quickly wrapped for Christmas Day. On opening and starting up the phone to my poor sons upset the phone was completely broken and unusable . This was returned at a high cost to myself and since January I have been waiting for my refund. Despite several emails telling me my refund will be with me in 24 hours, then it was 24-48 hours, next I must wait 5-7 days and eventually was told 7-10 working days. Well I waited and waited and still no refund despite having email confirmation my refund was processed on January 19th. Today after my long wait I’m informed it was refunded to my PayPal on jan 19th funny that I paid by credit card. This company is an absolute scam stay far far away from them. It’s a disgrace that this company is still licencedto operate

They have treated me like a complete fool. Two months later and no phone or refund. They have given me every excuse and have told me on four different occasions that the money would show in my account within a day or two. Can't get on to them by phone and all email response s are computer generated

DO NOT USE Quick Mobile Fix TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I bought a refurbished I phone 6 in march 2016 for 329 £
The phone received had several issues since the beginning.
I sent it back only to received the same item without any improvements.
I was left without a workable phone for several months, as it took that long for the phone to be sent back after an unsuccessful.
At the beginning of this year I have decided to sell the phone back to quick phone as the company stated that the I phone I bought didn't have any problem and was perfectly fine and in workable condition.
After an initial quotation of 140£ the company review the phone and offered me 20£ for the same phone that was reviewed by Quick Mobile Fix in excellent condition.
THIS IS A JOKE!!!

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering from this bunch of cowboys. Dont be fooled by the name or positive reviews on website. Check first before ordering what the dispatch time will be, website says 3-5 days. Well its now 2 weeks since ordering and not even an idea when the phone will be dispatched. Generic email responses, cant even get to speak to anyone, have received a token £10 offer of goodwill due to inconveinience, joke. Like others I will probably end up pursuing full refund and have a very dissapointed 13 year old girl to explain that this unprofessional bunch are to blame.

I don't know where to begin with this one. Paid in full for an iPhone 6. Received faulty phone which had to be returned. They wouldn't give me another phone as they said it was company policy to fix the returned phone. I argued that why should I have to wait for their faulty phone to be fixed when I should have received a phone that worked. No joy. After 20 emails and weeks later I eventually got my money back. It was a painful experience and I wouldn't go near them with a barge pole if I were you.

There 2-3 day delivery service took 1 month. I was constantly told they were busy and it would take 5 to 7 days while at the same time receiving adds from the them saying repairs took 2-3 days.
Phone has finally arrived and now headphones don't work - I sent it in for a new charging point!

So bad. ordered my phone the 3rd of Dec. Promised it before Xmas. No phone. Was promised refund last Thursday. Still no refund. I'm so fed up with people telling me lies and sorry for the inconvenience. All I want is my money back.. not too much too ask really..

Where do I start! Ordered a refurbished iPhone 6plus on 20th November & same as other reviews took a week to deliver it. Didn’t work properly from day one and after calls & emails to Customer Service had tried everything they suggested & finally screen locked completely.
Eventually they agreed I could return it and 3 days later told me phone was being processed for a replacement and to allow 3-5 working days ( a favourite phrase of theirs). When no phone arrived was firstly told it was going through their strict quality control system. Then that as they were busy phone wouldn’t arrive before Christmas!
Demanded refund and pointed out phone had been returned within 14 days & under Consumer Law was entitled to a refund automatically. Usual 3-5 working days email & guess what no refund.
Case now referred to Mastercard disputes dept. Far from recommending them wish I had never heard of this lot.

Ordered iPhone 6 in excellent condition on 10th of November, wife spoke to them on 15th November they said will be dispatched today, emailed them on the 19th December got back to me on the 20th saying there a delay because extra quality control measures to be carried out and a delay by the courier, will be with us within 1-3 days, emailed them Friday the 24th they it should be with u by next week so rang them, said I want a refund if it’s not with me by Monday,Tuesday 28th November phone arrived and condition is ok but it’s silver instead of gold also box was a little bashed up, 18 days to deliver the wrong phone and haven’t checked it yet as we are charging it,it’s obvious they sold it me without having it in stock, then panicked when I said I want a refund so just sent me what they had!
Will not buy from these again, u can tell they are lying to u when u speak to them but your buggered!

Do NOT buy a phone from this company.
I have previously written a review summarising my poor experience with Quick Fix Mobile. However, unfortunately, since the review was written it's actually gotten worse.
In total, I had to return my phone (originally purchased from Quick Fix Mobile) THREE times after they stated they had repaired it, only to find the faults were still glaringly present. This was despite me clearly stating details of the faults in emails and documentation sent to the company.
FINALLY the company sent me a new phone after this third time...only for this one to break less than 10 days after receiving this. Cue more phone calls, and requests to speak to management, only to be told that I now need to send THIS phone back again.
I have wasted hours on the phone to quick fix mobile, or on online chat. I have a job which means my availability in the week is very sparse. I have spent £27 on Saturday delivery, only to receive faulty phones. I have spent my time on weekends driving to the post office to send off my phone. Since bought in early May, I have only had 2 months of use out of my phone bought from this company. There have been hollow apologies from different customer representatives, but no effort to compensate me for the above.
It may look like a deal when you originally see the price, but when you factor in all the above, it's one of the worst decisions I have made.

Recently mo Moto x style digititizer broke up, the touching part of the screen, so I decide to send my phone to be repair, what was my surprise instead of taking 2 to 3 days to fix my phone it took them almost one month (classic), after that, they send me the phone with severals white spots on the screen, some glue on the rear of the screen and the protector of the screen literally coming off, I could see the a whole, where the light of the lcd display was coming of the rear of the phone, So the fix was cheap and sloppy, I knew it but I didnt want to bother to do this review till today, my Digitizer is completely unresponsive (in less than one month), so my phone is completely dead again, I am not thinking of paying this company again because in first place it took them ages "to fix my phone"and not even one month after being repair, my screen is completely unresponsive, and on the second part, I request my screen to be repaired, but obviously they just bother to change the Digitizer, leaving the LCD in a horrible state, there is around 9 to 10 big white spots on the screen. I request this company to send me a replacement phone free of charge meanwhile they repair my phone.

I order 2 iPhone 5s on Thursday 7th September and yesterday Wednesday 13th Sept they told me that they had dispatched and i would receive it the next day. The items still have not been dispatched. They give me a tracking number. When i rang them all they done was lied. I want my money back today Thursday 14th Sept or i am going to take them to the small claims court. Royal mail do not the items. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My solicitor will be sending them a email and a letter tomorrow morning.

Repaired?
A simple job to replace a screen, and it returns not charging. Now could just be a simple mistake, but does not look due care and attention was paid.
Promise to return by the end of the week after being returned, nothing - somehow despite being the same order reference as before, and sending me 2 things before, they need to know my address.... Stalling much?
Paid through Paypal for the buyer protection, so shall be filing for a "service not provided" I think here.

Misleading info on website as they dont do next day delivery as advertised and will make you wait over 5 working days for your order and then when contacted about the wait will be sent an email stating they have run out of the colour for that device (this is a stalling tactic). I then requested a cancellation and full refund 25th July. They failed to cancel my order sufficiently so 6 days later I recived an email saying it has been dispatched. Contacted them again to ask what had happened to refund and was told it would arrive in 24 hrs and was due to a "confusion in the accounting team". Thry had taken the money out of my account 2hrs after placing the order and is just a hassle to retrieve the money. So finally on the 2nd Aug I got a full refund after continual chasing up

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Ever. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.
I bought a phone online. 3-5 days delivery time it said. It arrived 3 weeks later. I turned the new phone on and the screen didn't work. It was broken. So I got in touch and was told to send the phone back, which I did. I waited another 4 weeks and eventually received another phone. This time the speaker didn't work. I got in touch to tell them and I was told my original warranty on the phone had expired. So, essentially, because they had sent me a phone that didn't work in the first place, my right to a refund had expired and my only recourse was to send the phone in to be fixed again (and wait another month or so I imagine). I gave up at this point and kept a phone that was faulty.
The customer service was appalling throughout. No one picks up the phone ever and it sometimes it took days/week for an email reply.
Pay a little extra and go elsewhere is my tip. :)

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sent phone back on 16th Dec. Had to wait until 3rd Jan until claim could be made with Royal Mail. Called on 3rd Jan and was told I would hear back as soon as possible, manager had details on her desk to process the claim that day.
Called today. No refund or claim made. NO MANAGER AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO (the same as 16th Dec). Can only keep me on hold for 5 minutes at a time.
I have waited long enough!!
I was returning the phone for a replacement not to be repaired.
My daughter has now been without her phone since 16th Dec.
PLEASE ADVISE ON REFUND ASAP.

I ordered my phone on 11th November but it arrived on 23rd nov. Most of the problem was the courier UKMail. they did not want to deliver to my address, we are on a farm, but really not that remote. It is only when I threatened the company and asked for a refund that quickfix seemed to want to do anything about it. Their phone lined close at 4 so it was difficult to contact them as the delivery was always promised at the end of the day. I got the phone eventually but with a lot of agro shouting and waiting. Not good enough
