I have been waiting for a refund since July 2020 which has never been made despite being told it's been processed and being given 5 payment dates, none of which have been honoured. The phone battery failed after only 3 months too! Sent nearly 100 emails asking for the refund to be made and just get stock emails back saying they are 'doing their best'. Complete lack of customer service and an appalling rip off company that trading standards have investigated, but not closed down! Basically a complete scam!

Further to many many many emails we still haven’t received our refund from the very beginning of December, and have repeatedly ignored our emails you have now left us with no option other than to contact our bank, the financial conduct authority trading standards and watchdog, I will also be posting a full account of what you have done here on Twitter, on Instagram and Facebook , including the relpys we have received from everyone above

My sister has been blocked on all of their platforms.
1- bought what we now know was a fake iPhone XR in July.
2-worked until August so we went to the apple store they told us it was a fake with a bunch of parts used to make it. (they call phones like this "Franken-phone" (Frankenstein).
3-sent it back to the company in the hope that it would be fixed when it returned.
4-they sent the exact the same phone with the same problems so it stopped working again 2 weeks later.
5-we sent the phone back... 2 months on we can not contact the company and they have refused to completely refund or give us back a working phone.

I would not even rate this company 1 star. Absolute disgrace of a company. I ordered a phone on the 26th of October. I was told my phone would come within 7-10 working days. I waited patiently. On the 10th day, I rang Quickfix, but their answer machine had an automatic response telling you the lines are being worked on and to send an email instead. Anyway, i sent them an email and they advised to wait a further 5 working days. 5 working days later, still no phone. I sent them another email and they advised to wait another 5 working days. Another 5 working days later and still no phone. I sent them another email and they adviced a further 3 working days. 3 working days later, still no phone!! I was getting worried at this point and started researching their company (something that would of saved me a lot of time and money if I had done it at the start!) Upon researching their company, I was absolutely horrified to find out I was not the only victim that had been blindly robbed!! I sent an email straight away asking to cancel my order, to which somebody named Amy, actually rang me from Quickfix and advised that a refund would take 14 working days, however if I stuck with my order, she can promise me my phone would arrive within another 5 working days. I trusted her promise, which i now regret, and 5 working days later, still no phone!! I rang back the number Amy from Quickfix rang me from, and there was still the same automated message saying the lines are being worked from and to send an email. I emailed Quickfix and requested a refund. Quickfix emailed me back saying the refund will take 14 working days. 14 working days later, no refund! I emailed quickfix and their reply was "we are doing everything we can to process your refund" another 5 working days later, still no refund. I rang Trading Standards who advised to speak to my bank to see if I can recover my money whilst they look into the company.
Luckily, I am in the process of recovering my money back via my bank as I claimed their company as FRAUD. WHICH IS THE ONLY WORD THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY CAN BE DESCRIBED AS.

If anyone is going through the refund process, my advise would be to speak to your bank. This disgraceful company will take money very fast, but will not refund you.

I will never recommend this company to anyone.

They don't deserve any stars no phone no refund , I gave my daughter money to buy a second hand phone , and she's waited weeks , they keep saying defently within 7 days been a month , asked for refund and still waiting I'm single parent and these people are lowest of the low , scum of the earth

It is 22 September, I order an iPhone XS with Quick Mobile Fix on 10 July 2020. I have received neither my phone, or the refund I requested on 6 August.... DO NOT USE, THERE ARE JUST AS CHEAP ALTERNATIVES

This company is an absolute SCAM. Please for your own sake, avoid.

I have been waiting since July for a refund of £600 for a phone that I never received!
That is 3 MONTHS for a refund, on a phone that I NEVER RECEIVED.

They have STOLEN my money from me, only to then NOT RESPOND to any of my emails.

Please, avoid them. Save yourself the pain and trouble that they have caused me.

My bank is now looking into this for me and I have been made aware that VISA will be contacting them shortly.

I eventually ordered a phone from MusicMagpie and I am so glad I did. These two companies are honestly incomparable and I would recommend them completely.

"Let me tell you my horrible experience of this criminal company.

I paid for an iPhone 7 on 13th of August, they sent me a confrontation email that I will receive it by 3/5 working day. Waited for one week no phone no email from them to tell me what was going on. So I sent them a email every day on the second week, still no reply. Then I started to write reviews on Trustpilot, they replied my automatically on that platform saying that I should contact their customer service which I am doing every day. They do that just because it is a open platform. Yet no reply as usual.

Then I went to my bank to get the payment refund, after I have paid for 2 weeks, they asked me what have I ordered. I told them what it was. Then they told me to wait for another 5-10 working days but I refused and asked for a refund. Then it was the last time I heard from them.

I called this company criminal because they put up something to sell but they don't have the stock and just take the payment and disappeared. Refuse to send the phone, refuse to refund, refuse to communicate, that is a day light rubbery.

If you have plenty of money, give it to charity rather.

Ordered phone and paid £329.99 did not a arrive cancelled the order promised refund in 14 days did not happen. Covid excuses and assured money paid on three separate dates still no money. Scam company do not buy from them.

After waiting well over 2 weeks for a phone to arrive, I decided to cancel my order (I ordered with another similar company and it arrived next day!) Now I've been waiting well over their 14 working day refund processing, and I've just been told I won't get my refund until 14th September! I cancelled the order 27/07, how can it possibly take this long to be refunded. Generic useless responses on email to their support, I'd avoid, they really don't seem to care at all about customer service.!

Don't buy from this company they 7 working days for delivery take your money straight away then no mobile kept emailing them they replied that it would be shipped within 24hrs never happened so i cancelled the mobile told them I wanted my money back straight away only to be told it will take 14 days

I ordered a iphone x from this company about 3-4 weeks ago and it came within 8 working days i was very worried after seeing all the negitave reviews and my brother ordered from here and never got a phone but this is my 2nd time ordering with no troube.

Absolutely shocking business. Took my £249.99, delivered nothing and three months later messing me about with refund. These people should not be operating, they are absolutely appalling. You've been warned....stay well clear

Do not use this company!! Absolutely appalling and I’m at my wits end. You will engage in email tennis forever 😡 Purchased phone and I’m paying through a repayments company. Ive only had the phone for three weeks out the 3 mth period of actually receiving it. Phone has now been sent back for a second time and here I go again with the emails! Never have I had to deal with such a terrible company! Quick enough to respond to my bad review, but nothing else!

This company sell items they do not have in stock saying the hold up is because the batch of items didn't pass quality control' when their excuses are no longer acceptable and a refund is requested they say it will be issued within 10 working days. It is not refunded. They give countless reasons why it is taking months to refund. They will withhold the funds for as long as possible. Many customers do not receive working items or refunds. Nearly every customer receiving a refund has to do so via the bank which takes up to 3 months to process and they can dispute to hold onto the funds for longer.

(Many cases with exact same wording used from customer services about batches of phones failing quality control etc)

Ordered phone 6th April 2020 - Still no refund 22nd July 2020.

Don't buy from these people they Take your money don't deliver the goods then won't refund your money ! Three months on I'm still waiting for a refund after constant emails Nd complaints they just fob you off all the time,It's daylight robbery ! Do yourself a favour don't even think of going anywhere near this company !

Sent my phone to them in January for a screen repair, they had it for 3 months and I asked them to send it back as they never actually fixed it and gave me multiple false dates. They sent my phone back in April without the charger I sent it with and never told me what happened to it. I have been asking for a refund ever since, first I was told I would get one in 14 working days on the 24th of April, over 14 working days passed and I never got a refund, I was then told that there are "delays" in their banking system because of covid19 + low staff and and that I would get a refund on the 25th of June (Over a month later) And suprise suprise I've had no refund despite multiple emails of the same copy and pasted message assuring me I would get it on the date provided, they claim they have "processed" the refund but can't show me evidence they have actually done so, now they are saying the 17th of July! a refund should not take this long and the statements on their website are straight up not true, if what they claim was true I would have gotten my phone repaired within 24 to 48 hours not 3 months unrepaired (Additionally, if the covid19 excuse was true then why would they still be sending out regular promotional emails for phones and services they can't deliver?) You'll have a battle ahead of you if you want to get a refund from them. They will also take down reviews they don't like on Trustpilot and have done with mine multiple times, I give up trying to post a review there, they also block people on their social media and hide comments in an attempt to damage control. I'm sure they are hoping I'll give up trying seeing as I've been sending them emails for 5 months now (as thats the only way to contact them) but I won't be giving up until I see the money in my bank account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

You’d think a company would know that false advertisement is illegal. My “fully functional” phone can’t be used for calls unless it’s on speaker because the ear speaker doesn’t work when I’m on call. I also can’t listen to music, or anything else for that matter, through earphones because it just plays out loud. They tried to tell me that sometimes testing doesn’t show faults, I doubt it’s tested as these are two BIG faults. Absolute scammers, don’t bother buying from here.

I ordered my sons phone well over a month ago and did not ever receive it so in the end cancelled it and asked for a refund that I was told would be in two weeks as taking longer because of the virus, but the refund was not given then told by the 1st of June and still not in the today told by the 10th of June and as this is what my son with learning disabilities has paid for and over £400 hundred pounds I just can’t let it go and not sure this company is a scam so please people go else where!

I'm sure this company is very good at selling refurbished phones, but my experience of their repair service is nothing short of lamentable. They had my new iPhone 6s for just over a month to repair very slight water damage and returned it today in exactly the same state in which I sent it and that after parting with £158. It won't switch on, charge or connect to iTunes. So if you're considering sending yours for repair my advice is DONT!

Ordered a phone for my son (he used his birthday money). 2 weeks and no phone. Chased and was told it would be anothetb7 days. Waited another week and still no phone. Cancelled the order and was told 14 working days for a refund. 20 days later and still no refund. I have. Ow been told I will have to wait until July. Absolute con.
