The engineer wasn't wearing PPE and he turned up early without messaging beforehand.
I had to prompt him to put a mask on and he didn't even apologise for any if it.
He just said he was 10 minutes early and when I said that I was told he would let me know that he was on his way he said "were you?"
I had to tell him to leave after his mask kept slipping down and his doing little to rectify it. He was also rude and personal, saying that I didn't understand technology, and was standing far too close to me; essentially cornering me in my kitchen.
He said the issue was fixed but as my phone isn't compatible with what he did, he started saying "when you get a new device..."
So essentially, if my devices aren't compatible the issue is not actually fixed.
I asked if Roku boxes were compatible and he told me I would have to check.
All in all, awful.
It also caused a lot of anxiety.
And the issue still isn't fixed.
