International buyer beware of substantial import fees. I wanted to buy directly from Puro rather than Amazon Canada, but had to idea that I'd be paying $60 extra on a $200 order. Find a local retainer so you know what you're paying.
Puro sales should be more explicit in their information so buyers can make informed decisions. If UPS has a set import fee, state this fee. Or find an international shipper who will set a fee so you can inform your customers.

Love the headphones we got our grandkids. Disappointed that the junior jams came with a cloth carrying case instead of the hard one. Now we are paying another $40 to get 2 hard cases.

Shipping options don't say how long they take to arrive nor an estimated arrival date - just Standard or Expedited. No way to make an informed decision! Also, the website didn't describe how long the cord was on the headphones i purchased anywhere.

The company really wants to help children. My other son heard an interview with the company owner and his daughter in his school class and received free headphones. We had them recommended by his teacher who uses them with his children. They have turned out to be fabulous quality in sound and production.

As an individual that spends a lot of time in front of a computer doing schoolwork or playing video games the PuroGamer headphones have gone above and beyond. The Product is very comfortable even at prolonged usage. The microphone and volume control module is an amazing feature that allows you to change volume and mute your microphone without having to go into your settings. The cable is very very sturdy and will stand up to almost anything thrown at it. Having a detachable microphone is also a very big feature that allows you to wear them while not only gaming but watching a movie or show. Lastly, the carrying sleeve is the icing on the cake, they fit perfectly and comfortably in the sleeve so it's easy to travel with them!

I came to puro based on references to these headphones in the reviews of different headphones. My child keeps turning the volume too loud, so the sound limiting feature was a very important to me. These also noted a lower limit than comparable headphones which I liked.
The website was easy enough to use. It was about a week before the shipping notice was sent, but I'll assume puro was struggling like every other company at this point in time.

PuroSound is a great set of headphones that really put the individual in the gaming experience. The only flaw I saw was that the LED lights did not light up when connected to an Xbox controller.

The PuroSound headphones are honestly one of my favorite headsets. After breaking a couple gaming headsets for my ps4, I picked up the PuroSound headset and absolutely loved them. The durability is great, the sound quality is amazing with very clear audio, and the headphones feel comfortable on the head. The best feature is how they cut off all outside sound which removes distractions. With all these perks, a detachable mic, and a good look to the headphones, I definitely give them a 10/10.
