I have been with them almost 15 yrs.Their products are top of the line in the health industry and customer satisfaction means a lot to them and they deliver.

I have never had a reason to be upset with Purity Products.
I was concerned about the auto fill process.
When ever we get a little backed up on product I simply call and tell then how long to wait for the next delivery and it is taken care of. The process was recently automated so you do not even have to talk to a person. The computer even takes care of your oversupply by delaying the next delivery until you tell the computer that you need it!

Charged an account from a card that wasn't on file.

Purity Products says the credit bureau gave them my credit card information.. I told them that I didn't believe that because that's privileged information. But some how they got my information and sent me some products that I didn't order. I told them that I was going to report them but it didn't seem to matter.

I like ordering from the monthly specials tab from Purity Products. They have amazing deals and they only carry quality product. They have been around since 1993 and are still doing great business which tells me everything I need to know:)

Good customer service and outstanding products, but they offer "free" samples of some of their products to those enrolled in their Super Saver program, then ask to you to pay postage. This is not free to me...
