Love your product’s results - my skin is definitely more balanced. Love your packaging - the containers look fantastic on my counter. The only area I think could be improved: the night cream has an odd scent - not necessarily good or bad - just unusual.

I wish I read these reviews before I place my order. I purchased on Sept 29th 2020. The email states it will take 8 to 12 days to be completed. I reached out to customer support on October 16th asking them to check my order. I am told that is it done and will be shipped shortly...a week passes and still no shipping confirmation. I email back with support and they said it is shipped and gives me a tracking number but it has not been scanned by USPS. It honestly should not take this long and when I ask for a refund they ignore that part and does not even address it. After back and forth I was able to finally get the refund. I have read other reviews of others who have signed up for their monthly service and haven't gotten their product and they were getting into the second month where they should be getting their second supply but haven't even recieved the first. I can't tell you about their product but their shipping and customer service could use some work.

I love the ability to customize to my skin. The one star removal is because, while my skin issues are improved, they're still there and don't seem to want to go away. The product sizes are quite plentiful, I always have more than 10 weeks use out of most of them, but I find that I don't run out of the various products at the same rate, even though I use them consistently.

I really like this kit a lot. I can notice a difference in fine lines and my skin tone and I’ve only been using for a month. I definitely will purchase this again and look forward to seeing continued benefit with use.

I use this product every night and can definitely tell a difference when I don't. (like going away on vacations - I have a travel bag full of samples that I collect to use on vacations) It helps even out my skin and seriously makes the fine lines at bay. Will be buying again.

Horrible product (gave me an awful rash). The only thing worse than the product is the customer service...which is non-existent. They don’t return email inquiries. When they do, every 10th attempt or so, they don’t answer the question asked. The phone number is a dead end. STAY AWAY - save your skin, your wallet, your time and your sanity.

I just bought this set and they seem pretty good. I have super sensitive skin that is prone to eczema in the brow area and rosacea on the cheeks. As soon as I put to go through the 2-step routine, my skin feels relieved. It has a calming effect and doesn't feel like an ordinary moisturizer. so far so good.

I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven’t received the products. When I reached out to customer service they initially said that it’s being formulated and will be shipped soon and then one day I get an email saying hope you are enjoying the product (which I never received in the first place). I sent them an email and they again said that it’s been shipped when it hasn’t been. Please don’t fall for this scam. I am not sure if I will even get the product or the money back. 😞

I am not only impressed with the skincare line, the customer service is fantastic. They recognized I purchased 2 sets, asked if it was an accident (it was) and promptly refunded me. Btw, I would have never believed that only using three products would give me amazing skin.

This was....disappointing. I have drier, sensitive skin and was so excited to receive this in the mail until I opened up the packages. You can tell right away that these products are poor quality. All three products dried me out (including the sunscreen??) but the worst of all was the night cream. It has the consistency of Elmer’s glue and not surprisingly, enlarges my pores and makes my skin dull and older by about ten years (I’m 27). A night cream should not be drying, people!
Save your money. This is an instagram marketing ploy :/

I have been using my products for 6 weeks and I love them! The day cream is so light, and the night cream, which I thought would be greasy and heavy like others I've had, absorbs and penetrates the skin, leaving it very soft. And the frown line I had between my eyes - that I hated! - can't see it any more! I've read some of the negative reviews and have not experienced what they describe. My 2nd shipment just arrived, and as with my first, I received an email letting me know my products were being created, that my products had shipped, and that my products had arrived. I haven't tried to cancel though, so can't say anything about that. And I like the way my products smell, thank goodness! Based on my overall experience, I would recommend Proven.

Incredibly difficult to cancel after trial for month. After cancelling, I was notified that another month was being shipped and no way to provide refund.
For a company who touts using a data driven approach to skin care, the fine print shows that the consumer reviews are only on a data set of 33!

I received a product that was completely unusable, it legitimately smells like rotten eggs. Customer service got back to me that it was "the best formulation for your skin" which is not true if I can't even put it on my face without gagging. Contacted customer service 3 more times about a refund, they said they would "put a note in my file" which is completely useless.
I tried to warn others on social media and rather than let their true colors show they have deleted my comments and BLOCKED me on social media. No wonder they only have good reviews and comments, what a dishonest company! 100% do NOT recommend.

I tried the product. It caused my skin to break out and asked for a refund. The answer was no. Unbelievable. If you can’t try a product without returning it if it doesn’t work for you, it’s a scam. I emailed them back again regarding my dissatisfaction with their answer and got no response. There are plenty of medical grade products on the market that stand behind their promises. Don’t buy Proven!

First, WOW - seriously 4 days in and I can see and feel a change in my skin. This stuff works! And I'm loving it. So thank you to whoever started this amazing concept and product line. Second, if you ever branch out - I totally understand the concept behind the 3 core products - but if you do- an eye cream would be so awesome.
