The first PCM they sent me didn't work, HOWEVER, they immediately sent me a second one that runs fine. What could have been a lower rating I still give 5 stars as they are doing their best during the COVID19 mess. Stay safe, all!

ProTech provided the Computer for my 2007 Dodge Charger within the time frame promised and everything worked when it was plugged in. A little more communication along the way would have been nice (i.e. order confirmation shipping time estimate etc) but all-in-all, it was a good reliable transaction and I am happy to get a programmed computer at a reasonable price.

Returned to Pro Touch.
Again I was promptly and cordially greeted by Manager, Jeff Waddy.
Jeff quickly replaced a bulb at NO Charge!
Jeff asked if I was using Sirius Radio. Told him that the vehicle was new to me and hadn’t activated yet. He informed me I wouldn’t be receiving signal as my antennae was missing!

I can see why Pro Touch stays so busy!
I have upcoming maintenance on my 2018 Ford Fiesta. My warranty gives me repair shop choices. I am scheduling my maintenance with Pro Touch!

HI I PURCHASED YOUR COMPUTER NOT TO LONG AGO. THE COMPUTER IS WORKING FINE, THE ONLY PROBLEM I CAME ACROSS WAS I PUT IT IN AND MY CAR WAS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANIC AND HE HAD TO REPROGRAM IT AGAIN. AND HE FINALLY GOT THE CAR TO TAKE GAS. IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW WEEKS BUT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FINE, SO FAR. THANK YOU, IT WAS NOT EASY TRYING TO FIND THIS COMPUTER SEEING IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED. JOE ETFER

I was screwed by FS1 and after 2 months and 2 PCM's (Both Faulty) decided to give ProTech Auto Systems a try. I was very pleased with my service. They had me up and running within a couple days. I should have gone to them the 1st time.

They were very helpful, and got me the right part I installed it and the car seems to run good again. Yes I would recommend Pro Tech. I had purchased one from another company at a way lower price, but it was a piece of JUNK. So far I am very pleased with my PCM from Pro Tech.

I ordered a PCM for my 2006 f150 for less than 1/3 the dealers cost and that included 2 programmed keys and overnight shipping. All i had to do was go to Lowe's and have the keys cut at no charge being i already had the keys, come home and plug and play. The service i received when ordering was fantastic and they did everything with just my VIN# and the FORD P/N#. I give Pro-Tech five stars.

Aaron- was very helpful in providing the PCM we needed for a Turbo PT Cruiser. It was delivered as promised, plug and play and the end customer was happy to get his car back on the road.
