Easy to deal with, communication good and clear, very quick delivery, would have no problem dealing with them in future. The case itself, I have never seen a hard double fiddle case so cheap, so you have to remember what you are buying. It's ok, you have to be careful with the zips, as you do in any low price case. but it's fine. Worth the money.

Super wee case for violin. Travels in our motorhome and all safe in spite of some very bumpy moments.

It is a good value product - a bag that does the job at a very reasonable (cheap!) price.
