We signed up for a trial, then found we needed to evaluate more features and we signed up for the $9/mo to try it out. Next thing we knew we were being charged for an annual subscription of $108.00. Okay, we goofed and immediately asked for a refund, never using the product. They refused. Lousy business practices and we want others to know. They might have a great product, but we or our clients will never know.

Cancelled the account and was still charged automatically. Apparently they have a very convoluted system for cancelling an account so they can still steal money from you. Asked for a refund to no avail.

Really the best app for scheduling so far. I really hope they integrate more social media platforms within Promo.
