One of 4 high-bay halogen lights went bad in workshop. Ordered what I thought I had but it turned out to be the wrong wattage. Called ProLighting and they had me hooked up within minutes with the proper unit. RMA'd the old one and just got credited back. Great service and customer support. They get it.

I ordered Juno under cabinet lights to replace fluorescent fixtures that we were unhappy with because the bulb life was so short. ProLighting had the best prices I could find on the internet and followed that up with great service. The original order was delivered right on time. It turned out that one of the light units was defective and ProLighting sent out a replacement immediately. Excellent service.

The lights are pretty good quality in my opinion. They don't take a long time to come on in fact they are almost instant on. I had read some reviews that the lights would take a long time to actually come on but that is not the case with what I got. They dim as the manufacturer specified. They do shut off when you attempt to dim them down to 10% which at that point you might as well shut them off. They are nice and bright and have a cool white glow to them. This is a great color spectrum for what you need in a kitchen. The only thing preventing me from given this order five stars is the fact that it took over two weeks to get it. I blame this mostly on the weather that we had during the time I placed my order. Most of the north eastern part of the county was under heavy snow at the time this order was placed. Other than that it was a good experience for me order from prolighting and I'm satisfied with the product I purchased.

I ordered on Dec 30, but the lights weren't shipped until Jan 16. That being said, these are the least expensive lights (of the type I needed) that I could find on the internet. I just installed them, and I'm satisfied. The TruDim lights exhibit the best dimming range of all the dimming CFLs that I've purchased.
