I like the products but found the quote/application process frustrating. I have been a past client but had issues finding the appropriate client # to login, update my last name (due to marriage), and reupdate my policy. It took me an extended time and a chat with a representative to accomplish this. I also had some issues with the webpages expiring. I think the process needs to be looked at to make it more streamlined and user friendly.

Everything went fine, but the payment system doesn’t work with Chrome and I wish it had stated that before I filled everything out! I had to contact a service rep, she told me not to use chrome and then it worked no problem. Just frustrating that the issue with Google Chrome isn’t posted somewhere on the website

I do not like the fact that I get continual reminders of my renewal even though my expiration date is two months away. I really didn’t want to have to pay for my renewal yet as I am not working at all due to the COVID-19. But I got a final notice letter in the mail saying that any claims made would not be covered because I haven’t renewed my policy.

The technology to sign up did not work well and then some reason I paid nearly $60 more than quoted and it was not made clear until I got my receipt. I have left a message about this issue and have not received a call back.
