Great service in 2012 but have they now gone out of business? I had a 10-year guarantee and need a new roof panel, but the website and telephone number don't work any more

Everything went to plan but for any technical queries you have to deal with the relevant suppliers of the base and conservatory.

Dealing with project conservatives was very good. Measurements were submitted to Cliff who in turn sent drawing of the conservatory. The conservatory came as described and once un packed it was easy to build with the given instructions.

I have just installed a very large conservatory supplied by Project Conservatories. I had a broken window pain on delivery that they replaced no issues.
A good quality product and I installed it using their videos on the website with no trouble.
Cliff has been very supportive from initial conception through to completion and customer support was available even through the Christmas week.
I have already shared his details with another colleague who is looking to install a conservatory.

I would not recommend or ever use project conservatoies ever again.
I ordered a porch from them. After 4 weeks they delivered a set of cills.
I questioned when I would get the rest of my porch and was told that they thought they had delivered it all. Upon investigation, it turned out that they had taken the porch back to the factory. Then they couldn't find it and had to make another one. Another 4 week wait!!!!
I had already had to put off roofers and electricians etc, so was very nervous about the porch being delivered on time. Despite the poor service so far, I still had to do all the chasing and struggled to get through to customer services so ended up using the sales person to pursue my purchase, just so that I could secure the services of the roofers and electricians.
I ended up phoning the company every day on the week of delivery to ensure that they would deliver when they said they would,and that they would phone me 1 hour before delivery.They eventually turned up unannounced and when questioned why I had not recieved any notice of delivery, the driver simply shrugged his shoulders. Once he had unloaded the delivery he asked me to sign for my porch. I questioned where the rest of it was. He again shrugged his shoulders! I got the impression that he couldn't care less. Infuriatingly, they had only delivered 4 windows and some corner posts, no doors! Once again I had to cancel the tradesmen I had arranged who were obviously furious with me. They have a living to make and had turned other work down to work for me. I was astounded that this could have happened as I had spent so much time and effort chasing project conservatories. Needless to say I instructed the driver to reload his van and take the partial porch away. The only thing they did in a timely fashion was the refund!!
From a promising start this ended up being a complete waste of 10 weeks!
